About Program

Turn a dream destination into your everyday life!

Organica Farmcampus is a hands-on learning center located in Mikindani Mtwara, southern Tanzania, dedicated to sustainable agriculture and natural wellness. The campus itself is built using ecological, low-impact materials and techniques, giving volunteers the opportunity to learn about eco-friendly construction and resource-conscious living. Become part of our project that combines food production, environmentally friendly construction, and community life in Tanzania.

The programs:
- Organic agriculture: On our organic farm, you contribute to the development of natural and regenerative farming methods while learning and growing your skills alongside us.
- Ecological building: Take part in natural construction projects using local, sustainable materials and develop practical expertise in eco-friendly building techniques.

Program Highlights

  • No previous experience required
  • Learn practical skills for self-sufficiency and sustainable living
  • Strong focus on collaboration and meaningful impact

Impact 🌎

Our approach to sustainability is grounded in long-term thinking and practical action.
We aim to minimize the environmental footprint of our operations while actively contributing to marine conservation through reef restoration, responsible diving, and community-based initiatives.
Sustainability, for us, means ensuring that our activities create lasting benefits without compromising the ecosystems we depend on.
We design our programs with a strong focus on long-term impact, local relevance, and realistic expectations.
Activities are carefully balanced to ensure they support marine ecosystems and local communities without creating dependency or unnecessary pressure.
Ethical impact, for us, means acting responsibly today while preserving the integrity of the environment and community for the future.
