About Program

Livingstone, Zambia is the area with opportunity, the area is based on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe as well as tourist capital of Zambia with wildlife, the famous waterfalls which is the seventh wonderful of the world, the Victoria Falls and rich culture with much to experience as the people are the most friendly creatures on the face of the earth!
Livingstone is rich in tourist attractions but there is still a huge level of poverty, low levels of education and skills due to economic challenges
The important component of volunteers` programs is to engage them to work with the interns and volunteers to provide skills knowledge and experiences in Information, Communication
Volunteers can help with a variety of programs including:
1. ICT Training
2. Entrepreneurship
3. Agriculture
4. Youth Empowerment
5. Livelihood Skills Development
6. Community Resources Management
7. Social Media
8. Tourism and Arts

Consider your impact: Volunteering abroad can be a rewarding experience for both volunteers and local communities, and at Go Overseas, we believe all volunteers should have the resources to make informed decisions about the type of volunteer project they want to partake in. However, despite best intentions, some organizations offering placements in orphanages may unknowingly place children in danger. You can read about the potential dangers of orphanage volunteering here.
