About Program
GFC seeks enthusiastic volunteers
• Support a progressive, world-class college for ethnic minorities and the visually impaired
• Promote education quality and equality in western regions of China, including teacher training for local primary and middle school English teachers.
Medical Personnel: Certified health professionals either a doctor, pharmacist, or nurse with 2+ years of work experience in the medical field
• Provide medical assistance in the GFC Clinic
• Manage medical emergency, help prevent spread of infectious diseases
• Support the health-related needs of GFC including instructing students and staff about healthy lifestyle
Western-Style Chef: Basic knowledge of Western lifestyle and eating preferences with 2 + years of work experience in western-style restaurants
• Guide GFC Cafeteria to provide western-style dishes
• Help cater GFC banquets, public relations and other important events
• Support the food service needs of GFC
