This three-month gap year program in South Africa offers a rare chance to participate in both marine and wildlife conservation. Split your time between the vibrant marine ecosystems of False Bay and the awe-inspiring wildlife of Kruger National Park. In False Bay, work with a local marine center to protect and study marine life. Engage in research projects, monitor biodiversity, and contribute to community education. Transition to the Greater Kruger Area, where you’ll assist in the conservation of the iconic Big 5 animals. This hands-on experience provides valuable skills in research, conservation methods, and animal monitoring, all while exploring two of South Africa’s most beautiful locations.
