Meg was an amazing and knowledgeable tour leader. Her organisational skills were outstanding which took the stress completely away from me for the trip. The accommodation was all amazing and the food was incredible too. We got to visit places with people with local knowledge too which made it even better. The local were also super friendly and welcoming. I can’t rate this trip highly enough and I’m already planning my next trip with Intro as it just ran seamlessly even when the bus tyre burst….. replaced and on the road in ten minutes.

The most amazing experience ever! 1st time doing something like this and couldn't have wished for a better time, group and group leader -Megan was amazing! Such a good energy and sense of responsibility. Couldn't recommend this trip and group leader more! The itinerary was absolutely amazing, amazing stays, places visited and people! Lots of highlights, it's difficult to pick a favourite. Loves the tea plantation experience, all the walking/ hikes and the food 🤤🤤! It's definitely given me the confidence to do it again somewhere else 😊😊

I just finished the 12 day Sri Lanka trip with Meg as our guide. She was amazing and helpful from before we entered the country all the way to leaving. She always made sure our rooms were clean on arrival and accommodated our needs. Also aways gave recommendations for free time and advice! She was very professional and always up for whatever we were in the mood for (and a great instagram boyfriend). The weather was great throughout the trip with a couple days of rain. This country was so beautiful and the locals were lovely. Truly felt so welcomed on this trip and would recommend to anyone! By the end of the trip, we all felt like family. I am sad to be leaving, but for sure will be back

This trip was truly amazing. The company itself is very well organized, affordable, and has superb customer service. Then there’s my tour leader Stephanie. She always goes above and beyond with a positive attitude every day. All activities and food were amazing, but my tour leader just made each experience even more phenomenal. Even a rainy day held the brightest memories. I traveled with my husband and we would recommend couples as well on any intro tour. The biggest thank you to Intro!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed this trip. This was a trip I was waiting for for 9 months and it was worth the wait! The communication regarding all the logistics of the trip was excellent and put me at ease before I came here. Furthermore, Steph was an amazing group leader and communicated everything in advance and in depth, which meant we knew exactly what to expect. I would certainly recommend this trip!

Also Sri Lanka was a country that was on the top of my bucket list for a while now, and it exceeded my expectations

Steph was great and I never had to worry about what was going on because she was so good at keeping us informed. Very busy but didn't have to think about anything which was great. Steph was super inclusive and made sure we were all happy and looked after.

It's the perfect kind of holiday if you want to fit everything in but don’t want the headache of it, especially with Steph as our leader. There is always someone in your group to get along with but you can always go off and take time to yourself if you need. Will definitely be going on another intro travel tour!

Sri Lanka has been amazing. The trip itself is so well planned and executed, everyone involved was amazing and knew was the plan was. The drivers were amazing with the chaos of the roads, I felt so safe.

Steph our tour leader was incredible, so calm and collected. The start of the tour must have been quite stressful for her due to the cyclone but no one would have known. The trip would have not been the same without her.

Steph was a wonderful tour leader and made the experience amazing! She went out of her way to listen to the group and help whenever she could. The itinerary was so good and versatile. When something went wrong Steph and the company worked so hard to overcome it and keep the plans on track! Great recommendations for free time and food. I loved the eco-retreat and visit to the monastery. Both of these things were so unique. There was enough free time to not feel overwhelmed but also not too much to feel bored in the area.
