Where to start… this was my first ever solo trip and I was certainly apprehensive about travelling in a new place with new people. However, from the first message that our group leader Paula sent, I felt at ease. It only got better from there. From rooftop bars in Bangkok, to visiting beautiful temples and learning about the culture. To kayaking in Khao Sok and to wild nights out with one too many buckets! To night markets, boat trips, Cabaret shows and an amazing jungle Treck and seeing the elephants. This trip had everything and more. All of the local guides were an expert in their field, and were happy to answer any questions. Tanya the Queen herself was amazing and brought so much fun to each day. Paula, our leader, is a credit to IntroTravel, nothing was ever too great an ask. She was always busy behind the scenes making sure everything went to plan. I was also lucky to be with such a good group that I can happily say are now my friends. The trip has pushed me out of my comfort zones in all the best ways (I ate a scorpion and yellow ants…?!) and I have so many incredible memories. As best quoted on our trip, it’s a once in a lifetime experience and I would recommend anyone to book onto an Intro Trip.. (I might be bias but I really hope you get Paula and Tanya as your guides!)

Honestly a trip that I will remember for the rest of my life. I fully recommend the Thai Intro trip if you want to visit Thailand and don’t know where to start (take the 18 days because it is so worth it)! If you’re lucky like me you might get Paula as your group leader & you wont have to worry about a thing. Paula is on top of her stuff and I am so thankful to her for giving me this amazing experience. Also massive shoutout to our local guide Tanya, who is so so amazing as well. This probably wont be my last Intro trip ;)

I recently did the Thai Intro 12 day tour with IntroTravel and can honestly say it was one of the best trips I’ve ever done! From the people, to the experiences, the sights seen, the laughs had and everything in between it was an incredible experience. The tour was run so smoothly with all of our transport, tours, entrances into temples/ boat trips handled and communicated clearly, and was an absolute testament to Paula. We had quite a large group and Paula and Tanya handled it so well and were so informative to make sure all of us were comfortable and having so much fun, aswell as providing 10/10 dance moves and singing the whole way through Thailand! I’ve just got back to Aus and already miss everyone in the group and I can not wait to go again!!

I booked the 12 days intro trip in Thailand & had the best time ever! The tour was super organised and we definitely had the best group management with Emma P. She always had an open ear for us & took care of us when we needed help.
I met incredible new people, learned many new things about Thailands coulture & were at some of the beautifullest places I have ever been.
I will never forget the trip & always keep it in the best memory. This was definitely not my last trip with INTRO thank you for this amazing Experience🫶🏼

Selina Novello… what a special person that’s for sure but where do I even start?
From the moment I arrived at the hotel in Bangkok I was greeted by Selina’s friendly face and a warm hug, after my first solo long haul flight this was exactly what was needed. Selina then was so helpful in supporting me to bring my bags up to the hotel room, giving me a tour of my hotel room and informing me of all the necessary information needed for my first day. This was just the start of my amazing experience of having Selina as my group leader. Throughput the whole trip Selina went above and beyond for every single member of our group in whatever way we needed it, for example when one of our group members was feeling unwell, Selina selflessly went to the shop and brought them a bag full of everything they needed, created a fantastic video of our trip, brought us drinks out of her own money, just to name a few. In addition to this, Selina always showed a genuine care for all of us, always checking in to see how we are and if we need anything at all, Selina would do anything for anyone! Also Selina was so kind and thoughtful and really took time to get to know every single person as an individual in the group and made sure that everyone was included and felt comfortable. Overall Selina is one of the most lovely people I have ever met in my life, she reminds me of a ray of sunshine, always smiling, always bringing the great vibes and energy, dancing and singing. You can very clearly tell how passionate Selina is about her about her job and how much she enjoys it. Selina is an absolute credit to the Intro Travel company and they are so incredibly lucky to have her!!! I certainly feel so grateful to of had her as my group leader and I cannot recommend Selina highly enough for anyone who will be lucky enough to be on one of her group tours in the future. It is because of this amazing experience of having Selina as my group leader which has made me want to book my next group travel trip with Intro Travel but I highly doubt I will ever find another leader like her as she really is one in a million and so loved by every single person in the group. Selina, I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done these past 13 days, you have made such a positive impact on all of our lives and I really hope I can reunite with you one day!!!

We completed the 18 day Thailand tour with our leader Izzy and a lovely group of people who have now become friends for life. I can’t recommend this tour enough- Izzy is so professional and just totally loved what she is doing for us which makes the experience 10/10 for us newbie travellers. The overall experience was just amazing and there is not one thing I would have like to have done differently.

This is definitely the best way to truly experience a country so if you are thinking about it- book on to an intro tour :)

I cannot recommend Into travel enough! From start to finish, the Thai experience was faultless. The weeks were jam packed full of incredible activities and there was a lot of food included, I think it’s great value for money.

Our leaders Pol and Bella made the trip. They went above and beyond in the two weeks to ensure that we had an amazing time. They were super helpful, very knowledgeable and overall just so much fun! Into travel are so lucky to have them both, they are amazing!

If you’re thinking about booking a trip with Intro just do it! You won’t regret it!

Our Intro Thai experience was phenomenal and quite simply a trip of a lifetime, our group leaders Pol Porta and Izabela Morgado were so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything which made the whole trip an absolute joy for the entire group. The activities were so well planned as we fit so much into our fortnight trip, yet had a lot of alone time to go off and do our own thing. We came as a couple but there were many solo travellers and the whole group quickly bonded and we can firmly say that we’ve made friends for life within the group. We cannot recommend this tour enough, get it booked!
