Selina Novello… what a special person that’s for sure but where do I even start?
From the moment I arrived at the hotel in Bangkok I was greeted by Selina’s friendly face and a warm hug, after my first solo long haul flight this was exactly what was needed. Selina then was so helpful in supporting me to bring my bags up to the hotel room, giving me a tour of my hotel room and informing me of all the necessary information needed for my first day. This was just the start of my amazing experience of having Selina as my group leader. Throughput the whole trip Selina went above and beyond for every single member of our group in whatever way we needed it, for example when one of our group members was feeling unwell, Selina selflessly went to the shop and brought them a bag full of everything they needed, created a fantastic video of our trip, brought us drinks out of her own money, just to name a few. In addition to this, Selina always showed a genuine care for all of us, always checking in to see how we are and if we need anything at all, Selina would do anything for anyone! Also Selina was so kind and thoughtful and really took time to get to know every single person as an individual in the group and made sure that everyone was included and felt comfortable. Overall Selina is one of the most lovely people I have ever met in my life, she reminds me of a ray of sunshine, always smiling, always bringing the great vibes and energy, dancing and singing. You can very clearly tell how passionate Selina is about her about her job and how much she enjoys it. Selina is an absolute credit to the Intro Travel company and they are so incredibly lucky to have her!!! I certainly feel so grateful to of had her as my group leader and I cannot recommend Selina highly enough for anyone who will be lucky enough to be on one of her group tours in the future. It is because of this amazing experience of having Selina as my group leader which has made me want to book my next group travel trip with Intro Travel but I highly doubt I will ever find another leader like her as she really is one in a million and so loved by every single person in the group. Selina, I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done these past 13 days, you have made such a positive impact on all of our lives and I really hope I can reunite with you one day!!!

We completed the 18 day Thailand tour with our leader Izzy and a lovely group of people who have now become friends for life. I can’t recommend this tour enough- Izzy is so professional and just totally loved what she is doing for us which makes the experience 10/10 for us newbie travellers. The overall experience was just amazing and there is not one thing I would have like to have done differently.

This is definitely the best way to truly experience a country so if you are thinking about it- book on to an intro tour :)

I cannot recommend Into travel enough! From start to finish, the Thai experience was faultless. The weeks were jam packed full of incredible activities and there was a lot of food included, I think it’s great value for money.

Our leaders Pol and Bella made the trip. They went above and beyond in the two weeks to ensure that we had an amazing time. They were super helpful, very knowledgeable and overall just so much fun! Into travel are so lucky to have them both, they are amazing!

Our Intro Thai experience was phenomenal and quite simply a trip of a lifetime, our group leaders Pol Porta and Izabela Morgado were so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything which made the whole trip an absolute joy for the entire group. The activities were so well planned as we fit so much into our fortnight trip, yet had a lot of alone time to go off and do our own thing. We came as a couple but there were many solo travellers and the whole group quickly bonded and we can firmly say that we’ve made friends for life within the group. We cannot recommend this tour enough, get it booked!

Incredible experience! I have met so many amazing people on this trip from all different backgrounds and of different ages. Expectations for this tour have been exceeded, one of the main reasons was Lauren (Loz) our tour leader. Loz from the beginning was bubbly, friendly, approachable and kind. Whenever we had free time, she would send recommendations of activities/food places. Loz would often join us in our free time, it was nice how involved she was. It felt like she was a friend as well as a leader.
One of the days we were in the jungle and they were completing controlled fires, however one of the fires had become larger than expected, which caused a few members of the group to panic. Loz handled this situation incredibly well, she reassured us, whilst remaining calm herself, checked the surroundings to ensure the fire would not reach us and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Loz handled this situation professionally and calmly, which resulted in the group feeling reassured.
I am incredibly happy and fortunate to have been able to experience this tour. Every single day was as good as the day previously. The value for money is incredible, so many activities are included(more than I had expected), so many additional activities (additional cost) were also suggested which I wouldn't have done otherwise.
We had so many modes of transports: ferries, sleeper train, minivan, long boat, speedboats etc
Activities: Elephant Sanctuary, Jungle Ziplining, Snorkeling, Boat Trips, Hiking, Longboat Tour, Temple tours and so many more

Once again Intro, you've out done yourself. I just got back home after finishing my Intro Philippines tour. So yea a bit sad because it's over, but I'm left with some amazing memories. I am still trying to decide what was my favorite part of this tour. I got to tell ya though, that I wasn’t sure how’d I do during the 3-day boat expedition; I mean, I initially read that we’d be sleeping in traditional Filipino huts. Yes, first world city boy problems. But man, man… what an overall experience; so happy I did it. It was only hard to go to sleep because I didn’t what to stop staring at the BEAutiful bright stars and moon listening to the chillaxing sounds of the ocean. It sure shut this city boy up! And I cannot forget about my boys Kyle and Jeremy, Intro’s tour guides for this trip. Those guys were the icing. Really cool chill guys, had me laughing most of the time. Always looking out for everyone, making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Not sure where Intro finds their guides from, but this was my fourth tour with Intro and every guide has been amazing. Thank you Kyle and Jeremy for rocking this tour; you guys were amazing!!!

Going on this trip was the best decision I’ve ever made. This trip was a wild success and I can’t say thank you enough to our tour leader Sophie. She made sure we didn’t need to worry about the itinerary or accommodation so we could relax and enjoy the experience. The trip was packed with many activities in many popular locations in Thailand. I made many memories and life long friendships and would recommend this trip to anyone looking to experience what Thailand has to offer! Thank you Sophie!!

This was my first intro tour and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I loved everything about the Philippines tour, the itinerary had a good balance of fun, adventurous activities as well as down time to chill and explore the countries culture.

Kyle our tour guide was amazing and it was great to have Jeremy with us for the duration of the trip too. They both went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best experience possible. I would 100% recommend this tour for anyone wanting to visit the Philippines.
