200-hour Integral Yoga Teachers Training

The Integral Yoga Academy's yoga teacher training program offers a unique approach to a strong foundation for personal and spiritual development, as well as the skills you need to become a professional Yoga instructor.

You'll be personally mentored and guided by seasoned yoga teachers, known by their years of personal practice and teaching experience, and help you become either an instructor that will take his/her students to a new level, or simply get a deeper insight of your knowledge.

This 200-hour teacher training program can also be split into a 2-week segments if any other circumstance doesn't allow you to take the original 4-week schedule. Regardless of that, this program will surely provide you the most authentic yoga experience available around.
