About Program
New York Film Academy (NYFA) proudly offers students the option to take hands-on and intensive visual & performing arts Study Away programs at our premier campus locations in NYC, LA, and Miami
NYFA students learn to make films by actually making films and can also take programs including Acting for Film, Cinematography, Screenwriting, Photography, Filmmaking, Documentary Film, Multi-Media Journalism, Musical Theater, 3D Animation & Visual Effects, & much more! All programs are taught by award-winning entertainment and media professionals. Programs vary in length from short-term programs (1-Week, 4-Week, 6-Week, 8-Week, and Semester) to long-term programs (1-Year, 2-Year, AFA, BFA, BA, MFA, & MA) and are offered throughout the year. Scholarships and financial aid is offered to our year and longer programs.
Annually, NYFA enrolls creatives from more than 80 countries, and so no matter the NYFA campus location, students’ study with students from all over the world.
