About Program
Our partner is a new hospitality concept for travel lovers and is actively looking for interns be part of a young and friendly team. This internship would be a great fit if you are: available for 3 to 6 months, fluent in English, conversational level in Spanish.
Your daily tasks would consist of:
- Greet and inform customers on living conditions: rates, benefits
- Make reservations, record arrivals and departures / Resolution of complaints
- Maintain information materials available to customers /Propose and / or sale of tourist services
- Reply to mail, fax, phone / Check or have control rooms (minibar drinks consumed in the "Equipment Loan") / Ensure billing of travel, meals / Accept the bills, payments control deferred
- Establish rates / Sales trips
We are looking for students in tourism, hospitality or languages. If you are studying another field but you have a strong interest in the hospitality industry your application will be welcome as well.
