About Program
Earn international work experience, immerse yourself in a new culture, get to know one of the most amazing countries in the world with GLP!
GLP's in-person professional internship program is a comprehensive program which in addition to the work experience in Costa Rica, offers Spanish language classes, cultural experiences, tourism activities around Costa Rica, networking opportunities, and career development training.
During the experience, you will work for local or international companies based in Costa Rica to develop projects that allow you to expand your technical knowledge and skills while simultaneously developing new cultural understandings and skills in an international professional setting.
The length of the internship and the number of work hours are set depending on your needs. You will be assigned a mentor from the organization you are placed with who will guide you and answer your questions. Our team will be with you throughout the program to support you!
