Location: Medulin, Croatia
Duration: April–October 2026 (flexible start, minimum 3 months, longer availability preferred)
Work and live by the sea with a family-run boat tour company in Croatia. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in tourism and hospitality while working on daily boat excursions with international guests.
As a Boat Host / Tour Animator Intern, you will welcome guests, explain the tour program and safety rules, assist during swimming and island stops, and help create a fun, relaxed onboard atmosphere. You will support the crew and ensure guests feel comfortable and safe.
We are looking for friendly, energetic interns with fluent English and strong communication skills.
We offer: €1,000/month + daily tips, free accommodation, lunch and drinks on board, and a unique summer internship on the Adriatic Sea.
