Location: Medulin, Croatia
Duration: April–October 2026 (flexible start, minimum 3 months, longer availability preferred)
Work and live by the sea with a family-run boat tour company in Croatia. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in tourism sales and customer service while working with international guests on a daily basis.
As a Sales & Booking (Booker) Intern, you will communicate directly with guests, promote and sell boat excursions, explain tour details and schedules, manage reservations, and help guests choose the best excursion for their needs. You will also support daily operations and work closely with the team.
We are looking for friendly, confident interns with fluent English and strong communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
We offer: €1,000/month + commission per booking, free accommodation, and a unique summer internship on the Adriatic Sea.
