I completed my studies and came to France for an internship in the kitchen, and the experience has been completely new and mixed. At first, it was difficult to adjust because of the language, culture, and food differences. Very few people here speak English, and I don’t know proper French, but they never made me feel left out. Working in the kitchen has taught me not only culinary skills but also teamwork, patience, and how to adapt in a different environment. Even though I faced challenges, the support from people around me gave me confidence and motivation. This program is really very good program. I got my Schengen visa within 6 months and got a placement at a Michelin star restaurant in Prenois named L'Auberge de la Charme. The staff was good and cooperative, and my interview and induction holder was a well-spoken and polite man who helped me a lot to know the things that were going to happen in France and also helped me to survive in France while I was on my internship, and really, my overall experience was very well. This program really helped me a lot.
