About Program
We offer Internships with stud farms, riding schools, show jumping facilities, and small family-run yards throughout the country. The typical type of role on offer is stable hand/groom.
Stud Farm/Riding School/Show jumping facility placements tasks:
- General yard work, mucking out, feeding of horses
- Tacking up horses for rider
- Lunging horses
- Working with young horses
- Helping the riders, grooms, and the vet
- Farm maintenance
- Riding is optional (depending on the experience of the student)
What can you hope to achieve from your Internship?
Gain lots of experience in all aspects of horse breeding, horse management, breaking in, and producing sport horses. Learn from experienced trainers. Developing your English skills.
