Does ITTT Online offer any placement support for finding teaching jobs abroad?

First let me be clear and briefly discuss what job placement means. I spent a month or 2 doing research and networking prior to choosing ITTT; with job placement assistance at the forefront for my decision making. Job placement does not mean at the completion of your class the school will fill your inbox with job offers. If you are looking for that try a recruiter as they will be more than happy to oblige! What ITTT has done for me is that for every country I initially looked into (prior to committing to Costa Rica) they provided me a compilation of schools in that country and/or city and contact information for each school. This is very helpful because it gives you an instant connection with reputable schools in the area that you want to teach in. With this, a simple email saying you are interested in teaching at their school attached with a resume/CV (ITTT will also assist with resume/CV) will go along way. I received tons and tons of emails from schools that I contacted via email. In most places in Asia, a lot of schools wrote back within the week and wanted to setup a Skype interview ASAP. Any questions I had about written contracts (prominent in Asia) ITTT aided me in a timely fashion. In Latin America hiring prior to leaving is far less common. I am headed to Costa Rica January 2016 but will not have a job lined up prior to leaving. However, ITTT gave me all the necessary tools I will need to ensure that I will find a job right away. I have a list of schools all over the country that I plan on speaking too once I arrive. They were also very helpful when it came to visa information. Prior to committing to a country make SURE you ask ITTT what the visa process is for that country, whether you will teach on tourist visa (most of latin America) or a work visa (most of asia). ITTT will help you understand this process for your given country and will be happy to answer your questions long after you complete the course. Good luck!
