GoabroadChina -Chinese immersion study for 2 weeks, I really like my host family

大家好我是Louis, GoAbroadChina has offered me an amazing experience. As a Britain, living and staying in Beijing, I can say that the culture shocks were intense, But GoAbroadChina, and especially their host family, has really provided me with a wonderful experience. They have taught me elementary Mandarin and, most importantly, the basics of Chinese culture. I highly recommend GoAbroadChina.

I also like my Chinese course very much. The teachers are very good and they teach very seriously. I am immersed in the course and my Chinese has been greatly improved.

GoabroadChina -Internship at a law firm and live with homestay for 2 months

I am from America, joined the GoAbroadChina internship program in China in 2024.
Hello, my name is James Remington. For the past 10 weeks, I have been studying in China, utilizing the services provided by GoAbroadChina, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Currently, I am recording from the Shanghai Botanical Garden, a lovely garden situated a bit on the outskirts of the city.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards GoAbroadChina and the amazing services they offer. Firstly, my accommodations and homestay experience have been phenomenal. The family I have stayed with has become more than just hosts; I consider them to be very dear personal friends. Saying goodbye to them will be bittersweet.

Regarding the internship aspect, it has been a truly enriching experience to immerse myself in the Chinese working culture. I interned with a law firm and have not only formed great personal friendships but also established valuable professional connections with the partners, associates, and fellow interns. I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend this service. It has been very convenient to integrate into Chinese culture and language, and I now consider myself much more knowledgeable about both than when I first arrived in China. This is largely thanks to the wonderful services provided by GoAbroadChina.

Overall, my time in China has been nothing short of amazing, and I will be sad to leave. Thank you.

A thrilling experience

I just wrapped up an incredible internship in China through the GAC program, and it was a blast! Not only did they provide fantastic support before and after my departure, but they also helped me navigate the vibrant nightlife and explore stunning sights like Yanyu garden and bustling nightclubs. From late-night adventure to weekend sightseeing, GAC made sure I had the time of my life while gaining valuable work experience. Even now, they're still assisting me with some internship-related documents, proving their dedication. If you're considering an internship abroad, GAC is the way to go for an unforgettable experience!

GoAbroadChina small group Chinese class with homestay two weeks

Hi, I am Alan. I'm currently enrolled in the GoAbroadChina Chinese language program. I’ve been in Beijing for two weeks. I’d like to talk about the features of the program.

You will have an excellent experience because the GoAbroadChina staff will arrange airport pickup, homestay, and weekend activities, and accommodate class schedules to fit your needs. They can also arrange internship opportunities if you're seeking employment in China.

They have access to the best schools for the best language program experience. Classes are structured small so students get more one-on-one time to enhance their language experience.

GoAbroadChina staff can accommodate cultural and arts-related activities such as calligraphy, and Beijing Opera. They can arrange tours to sightseeing places like the Great Wall. Some interesting aspects of China are language, culture, and history. China is an amazing place to see generations of architecture, old to Modern, such as the Beijing Huong towns.

The most interesting program experience is to allow students to experience Chin's daily life such as living with a family, cooking or even riding the subway station.

For the best way to experience China, go to GoabroadChina.

What was your funniest moment?
My family and I encountered heavy rain on the Great Wall. Many people were soaked by the rain.
Pros
  • Lily is a good hostess
  • Silvia gave me a lot of help after arriving in Beijing and made me feel well.

Thank you so much to GAC for helping me to achieve my dream

Hi everyone, I am from the United States of America. I would just like to share a little bit of my experience working with GoabroadChina. I am actually a Chinese major and I've been studying Chinese for about 5 years, but I've never had the opportunity to come to China. I found GoAbroadchina very accommodating and BLCU was one of the universities that they had a relationship with that they could help me with applying for the university.

I have to say that GoAbroadChina has been extremely helpful in every circumstance that I came across when I applied for the program. Every time I had questions about my visa process, about my accommodations, about the process of applying for the university that I wanted to be at, or dates and so on. GoAbroadChina was very very helpful and timely in responding to my questions.

I really appreciate the service that they have offered and they also include services such as picking you up from the airport and hosting some activities where GoAbroadChina workers will come and host a few of the students or interns and do friend activities and so on. My accommodations are beautiful. They are spacious and clean. I've very much enjoyed living here being a part of the Chinese culture and finally being immersed.

I'm very grateful for GoAbroadChina and all of the service that they provided for me in being able to make my dream a reality to study abroad at BLCU. If you're coming to improve your language or understand the business side of the Asian world, then GoabroadChina is a wonderful company to pair up with, to be able to find programs times, and options that would suit you. so thank you so much to GoAbroadChina for helping me to achieve my dream.

Go Abroad China language program at Chinese university 2024

Hi, I'm from Indonesia and currently in Beijing at UIBE (University of International Business and Economics). Go Abroad China has really helped me throughout my journey here, they've helped me with admissions and registration here at the university, and they've also picked me up from the airport which was really nice, especially after a long flight and you just want your rest. They've also helped me with daily necessities here, such as getting a SIM card a bank card, and a transportation card. They've also really helped me with translations here especially because I'm here to learn Mandarin, and so I'm not able to speak and communicate with other people in Mandarin, they've helped me translate most of the things here and just made my stay here, really comfortable so thank you for that.

Go Abroad China helped me sort out any issues that I had

Hello, my name is Ali. I want to give a little review of my experience with Go Abroad China.

To begin with, I got in touch with them about a year ago and then Go Abroad China sent me an accepting email and then sent a few job offers of companies that could work with me. I was fortunate enough to get a job I applied to. A company called AR Capital was a very nice company for foreign interns.

I was very fortunate to have GoAbroadChina as they helped me sort out my accommodation, and my visa as well as a lot of other extra services
that I would require. They arranged airport pick-up, and my SIM card so I could be able to get internet and communicate with anyone.

Go Abroad China also helped set up Chinese courses, set up tours for me to explore China. I actually visited Beijing with Go Abroad China guides and it was an amazing experience.

Go Abroad China also helped me sort out any issues that I had. I had a few problems visiting the hospital and they made sure that I was able to go to the hospital with the translator. I've had an amazing experience with Go Abroad China and I really really would recommend it. I'd be happy to have a chat with you. And you could get my contact from them I'd be willing to speak to you and help you.

If you did this all over again, what's one thing you would change?
I want to learn Mandarin well and travel around China

I would recommend Go Abroad China to my friends. I really appreciate everything.

Hello, my name is Kyrra White. I'm 17 years old. I attend Bentley University, where I major in international business. Specifically, I am majoring in Chinese. I have studied Mandarin Chinese for four years, and I came to China to further my language studies.

I am participating in the Beijing Language and Culture University Chinese program. It's been awesome so far. Go Abroad China has really been supportive. I found out about Go Abroad China online, and although I didn't know much about it, I thought, why not? It was a great choice. I really enjoy the program and the support I have received.

Meeting people from around the world was pretty awesome. I've never had a class where there are people from all around the world in one spot. Literally, every continent was represented; it was awesome. Also, my teachers were very nice and helpful after class. If I needed any extra help, they were there for me. It was really good. I completed my goal, which was to get better in Chinese, and I have improved a lot. This experience was unique because when I came to China through a program, I had someone there to pick me up and take me to my host parents. I just had people there to help me, and that was different for me, but I thought it was great. I loved it. Also, living with a host family was pretty awesome. I really got to dive in and immerse myself in Chinese culture.

Because of Go Abroad China, my classes were set up, and I had very comfortable living conditions. I've been able to go farther in my language studies. My major is international business with a focus on Chinese, which works specifically with Chinese and American business relations. Knowing Chinese is very important for me, and I feel like I've gotten a lot farther than I would have if I stayed home. Being here and immersing myself in Chinese culture has allowed me to figure out where I want to go in the future.

The host family was really cool. I loved my host family. I also had host grandparents, which was very comfortable for me, and I felt safe. That's important.

I went to the Great Wall of China, which was really awesome. I had done it before, but this time was a completely different experience. I went with my classmates, and it was really great. I also went to Mongolia for a field trip. That was a really fun trip, well-planned, and I felt safe the entire time. It was really great.

I would recommend Go Abroad China to my friends. The classroom is different from what I'm used to, but I like it. At first, I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but once I got here, I realized that I was in good hands. I felt comfortable, and people were there to help me, teach me how to get to school every day, and help with simple things.

I'd like to thank you a lot for this experience. I really appreciate everything. You guys are a great team. Thank you.
