The TEFL Academy Reviews

I had put off starting this course due to procrastination and fear, but I'm so glad I took the leap of faith to do it. Lockdown provided me with the time and the reason and now I am very happy to say that I passed. The structure is very good and I felt suitably challenged and supported. Some of the course, the grammar part, was difficult but I thought this was very fair and has only encouraged me to work harder in this area. I'm now looking forward to putting all my newly aquired knowledge to use and can't wait to get teaching.

Amazing course and great course work! Everything you need to know is covered and the work is easy to understand and follow. The way the course book is set out In a way that allows you to see your progress as you go along with the course. Each unit is unique and allows you to learn various different lessons as well as various ways to make use of your lessons both in a classroom and online. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to pursue a career in teaching English online or in another country!

When I was looking for a TEFL Course, I had no idea where to start. After researching multiple options, I ultimately decided on The TEFL Academy because of its reasonable price, course content, and reviews. I'm really glad that this is the one that I chose! I was able to go at my own pace and look further into subject areas that peaked my interest. The course is laid out well and offers practice questions in each unit. The three assessments are very useful for applying what you learn into a realistic assignment. The assessments were graded in a timely manner and with feedback, though I wish there was more communication with the grader. Overall, I feel that I learned a lot from the course and I can use the job search tools it provides to start teaching when I'm ready! I definitely recommend The TEFL Academy!

I taught English for 3+ years, both in the U.S. and abroad. Even though I have all this experience, I enrolled in a TEFL class because I sometimes felt confused about lesson planning and didn't know how to explain certain concepts to my students. I'm so happy that I took this course! My only regret is not taking it sooner. I learned so many helpful concepts that will improve my performance as a teacher. I highly recommend this class for anyone who wants to become a better teacher. It is impossible to take this class without learning something new :)
