I have just completed the online level 5 TEFL course. I found the program well designed and easy to navigate through. It took me 3 months to complete it during which not once I felt bored or disengaged. The units are planned well with interactive activities throughout and interesting end of unit assessments. The assignments are tough but necessary to put what’s been taught into practice. It was the perfect course to do during lockdown as it will hopefully open new opportunities for me. The knowledge acquired during the course is extensive: teaching techniques, lesson planning, vocabulary selection and so on. I now feel ready to start my teaching career.

Obviously, the value you get from courses like this depends on how much effort you're willing to put into studying. This course provides everything you need to know, exercises and provides ample pointers for further reading. The assignments are excellent and really force you to engage with the subject. The platform is great , the support isn't the fastest but the course is structured in such a way that support is rarely if ever needed. Overall I'd wholeheartedly recommend this course for those looking for online TEFL courses

I really enjoyed following the online course. The website and structure of the course is user-friendly and easy to navigate even if you are a novice at online learning. The course material and assignments are challenging and completing the course gives you a feeling of accomplishment - as if you have done a worthwhile qualification! I am excited to start applying my newly acquired skills and knowledge! I initially did the course to focus on online teaching, but now that I am looking at all the possibilities I have to admit that travelling overseas to teach is very tempting :-)

If you want to get going in the world of teaching English as a foreign language, then The TEFL Academy is definitely the place to start. You can immediately start working towards your TEFL qualification and start teaching as soon as you've completed the certification. Their online system is great with lots of relevant content and informative videos. If for some reason you get stuck there is also excellent support. The feedback on the assignments are really good and the assessors give lost of detail. Can't recommend them enough!

The Tefl Combined level 5 course equips one with the opportunity to touch lives and to travel as well as reach out to people from all over the world via online teaching. Having to enrol with Tefl academy improved my knowledge and enriched me with knowledge of a variety of resources I can use for my classes.

The Combined Level 5 Course group sessions equipped me with better methods of approaching students whose first language is not English; I was also prepared to teach learners from different cultural backgrounds and at different levels. Through studying with Tefl, I learnt a variety of teaching methods and materials that I can use to teach students with different learning styles and at different cognitive levels. I now feel very confident and ready to start my career as a Tefl teacher.

I heard about the TEFL course through a family member and could not wait to get started as I saw the success she had with her TEFL course. This is such an amazing platform to be given this opportunity and to be able to manage it on your own and on your own time. I really had an awesome experience and would recommend the TEFL course far and wide as I believe it is something that everyone should know about and be able to experience. I had an awesome time whilst finishing my Tefl online course. I heard about this amazing opportunity via a family member. I was thrilled to be able to do this on my own time and online as I was at the time busy doing my degree in Education. It was challenging having to cope with two things at the same time but the TEFL company made it manageable. I will definitely be recommending this course to a lot of people. I believe it is life changing and opens up so many doors for a person. I cannot wait to see what the future hols

This course included a great wealth of teaching resources as well as a user-friendly interface. The system includes 3 assignments and multiple choice questions at the end of every module to test your knowledge of what was learnt in the module. I felt these were done well and you are given ample time to complete these quizzes. At times the second assignment was quite tedious to do. I enjoyed the 3rd assignment which allowed me to make use of my creativity. I have not learnt only teaching methods, but also the terminology of grammar points as well as the history of English as a language.

I had a fascinating experience with the TEFL Academy. I had no problem navigating through, and understanding the course. The instructions were clear and the online platform was user friendly. The course was really engaging and the feedback was rewarding. It has, without a shadow of doubt, afforded me a great platform to confidently teach English in a school setting in the future.

I would recommend completing your TEFL course with the TEFL Academy as it is very informative and great value for money.

I found the content quite informative,and the assignments very challenging. I would have liked more teaching practice, however the extra reading options were nice to have. It gives you a chance to select specific sections that you may find useful. The fact that the material disappears straight away once the course is completed isn't ideal,as I would have liked to be able to go back over the course and spend more time learning and practicing more of the techniques suggested and go back over the end of section tests to refresh.
