The course is the perfect way to bring the online course to life, to help with the understanding of different styles of teaching, and most importantly gives you the opportunity to try out these teaching skills for yourself. The foreign lesson segment was a fascinating personal insight into how the TEFL system works. Well worth doing and in fact a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Simon was very helpful and extremely supportive. I think most of us had felt a bit disheartened when we realised how little we knew about the our language, but Simon did a great job of teaching us on how to understand. I highly recommend the course and Simon, and I feel like I have learnt a lot. I have started doing TEFL Level 5 course and feel far more confident after this weekends class, I'm hoping to teach abroad very soon and believe after I complete this course I'll have the knowledge and the confidence to do so.

I have just completed the weekend TEFL course in Brighton and found it to be an exceptional teaching and interactive experience. The teacher, Simon, has a very positive approach to teaching: lively, witty, knowledgeable and approachable. A demonstration of how to be a good teacher by being a good teacher. I have taken a lot away from this course: a new way of thinking in terms of how to incorporate activities and encourage participation to make language learning great fun. There was a mix of abilities in the group but consideration was given to everyone.

Had a very interesting enjoyable course. Our course tutor Simon was very informative and made the course enjoyable and interesting. If we had any issues understanding anything, Simon was always willing to help us understand. An awful lot to take in over 2 days, just hope I can remember it all! I also feel that the group I was with were as keen as I was. I felt this helped with the pace of the course. Also met some lovely fellow students on the course.
If anyone is considering doing this course, I would definitely recommend it.

Teacher was great, with lot of passion and enthusiasm for the course. She encouraged us to step outside of our comfort zone and challenged us with interactive games and excesses throughout. I particularly enjoyed how we got to learn a couple of extra languages on this course through some class practices, which I thought were very usefully used to demonstrate what our students would be feeling like in class.

Venue where the course was held was of a very good size. Free parking available by TEFL even if the hotel is out of spaces and the break refreshments never ran out.

Overall, it was a very encouraging and enjoyable course to take!

Much better than expected, I found the TEFL course inspiring, and a great springboard for a potentially very rewarding new chapter of my life. I found the on-line component engaging and educational, and I enjoyed the set assignments. Tutor feedback was always prompt with constructive feedback and suggestions for further development. The classroom event was a very enjoyable experience, and an opportunity to meet other students. Despite the long hours (20 hours over the weekend, plus homework), our tutor kept us engaged throughout with many interesting exercises, and an opportunity to develop our own classroom teaching event. A very bonding experience, and a real confidence boost.

Having completed my 20 hour TEFL classroom course I feel a lot more confident and ready to step into the classroom and begin teaching. I think it is important to take the classroom course alongside the online course, as it allows you to put the skills you learn into practice in a controlled setting in which you can receive positive feedback and improve.
Everyone was friendly, fellow students as well as the tutor and it was overall a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for prospective ESL teachers.

What can I say, an absolutely fantastic course with great people! Our teacher Steve, was very understanding and empathetic towards all of our needs. If we struggled with anything he would repeat it in further depth. His enthusiasm was very welcoming, forging us together as a solid unit.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to venture into the world of teaching. The online course can be intimidating to some, but when broken down bit by bit. With the help of your tutors through email and the step by step videos. It is easily crackable.

I really enjoyed this course and material. The organiser made it fun and relaxing, while also giving us invaluable insight into the teaching processes and skills. I enjoyed being put in the learner's shoes and seeing how challenging it can be to actually teach and learn another language, especially if there is no common link. The excersizes were really engaging and fun, the time flew by honestly. Seriously would reccomend to anybody who has ever thought of getting into teaching, really worth the money.

The experience that I gained participating at tefl two days classroom course was unique, because as a native/qualified tutor of Spanish, it was very interested for me to observed the teacher Asif performing the lessons and using different kind of teaching methods, learning styles and resources which has help to improve my knowledge and skills in my teaching field.

It is very intereted for me to be able to teach English as a Foreign Language and to be able to travel abroad helping people who wants to learn the foreign language. Although I am Peruvian/British nationality and my first language is Spanish, however it would be a challenge for me to do that.
