From the beginning, I was impressed by the team’s knowledge. Elaine, in particular, went above and beyond to guide me through the enrolment process. Navigating the platform was easy, and I was surprised by the innovative AI-driven quizzes and lesson planning tools, which were unlike anything I’d used before.

Whenever I had a question, Chris the chatbot was always on hand with quick, helpful responses, making my experience smooth and stress-free. At first, I was unsure if I could manage this program (from The TEFL Institute,) but I had a very supportive call from Elaine, so I decided I‘d go for it.

It was absolutely great, the materials were good and also the changes in the tasks and questions kept me interested and motivated throughout. I can definitely recommend the institute to anyone who wants to get a certified TEFL course.

If there was a technical issue, I contacted the support and it was solved in a very short time. Also the correction time was good and the tips given were very helpful.

Some of the materials were new knowledge for me, and I am thankful to know and learn about them.

The price for the program is also affordable, although I did have to extend the course by 6 months due to my activities and busy schedule. But they gave me a discount! 😁😁

My experience was incredible, if there was ever a moment of doubt it was quickly sorted with an email to one of the very supportive staff members of TEFL. Thank you to all TEFL Staff. Would definitely recommend this course to everyone. I learnt a lot and it was a challenge but a fun one indeed. I look forward to walking a long path with TEFL, and to all the future opportunities that may present themselves. If you are looking to expand your knowledge, because after all knowledge is power. This is the way to go.

The course was well structured and went through what is needed to know to start teaching English as a foreign language. Walter gave me information to help me decide on the course. I like that the content is both written and recorded audio to follow along with. The assessments provide challenge and help to process understanding of the course materials. And getting a certificate at the end is great! All in all I think it's a good course, though some aspects could be expanded upon for more in-depth learning. It's a good starting point to get into this career.

After completing my 300 Hour Regulated Level 5 Advanced TEFL Diploma course I would like to express my appreciation to the whole TEFL team and the academic advisor who helped me so much in this 'learning journey'. Moreover, they were all more than available to help me when I encountered some technical problems. Communication was instant, and the team members with whom I exchanged emails were more than polite. I want to thank you all for everything from the bottom of my heart. Finally, I hope to have the opportunity to attend another program in the future.

I had a great learning experience. The entire course was engaging and informative but I have greatly enjoyed the lesson planning modules. The section about explaining grammar concepts to the students was also very useful. The assignments were rigorous and helped me reinforce all the concepts.

I learned a great deal about classroom management techniques as well, which are very useful when teaching young learners.

The academic team was very responsive and was always available to answer any questions.

Overall, I would say that it is a very useful course for anyone looking to become a language teacher.

This is a very solid course, with plenty of material and resources. I have yet to begin teaching, but I do feel well prepared by all which the 180 hour course provided, including activities and games, advice on classroom management, advice on teaching styles and methods etc.

There are weekly zoom classes which one can join though there is no in-person element to the course which I purchases when it comes to the actual teaching.

I found the team at the TEFL Institute to be extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I spoke with Tracy in the chat on their website and had all my questions answered.

They have an option to have a phone call with an advisor, and I spoke with Sórcha O' Connell. She really helped me figure out what course would be best for my specific situation, as I was trying to find something that would give me qualifications to work abroad in Europe.

I had been years and years out of education being older however I found the course and it’s materials engaging and had a wide range of visuals and videos as well as an option to hear the content in an audio version. I loved the fact that I could do it in my own time with no pressure which gave me time to digest and reflect on the information I was learning.

Whenever I had any problems about anything I would email the academic team. They were quick to respond and very helpful and supportive. The only criticism I would have is that when I did the big assessments there was not very much feedback which I found quite disappointing after all the hard work it had taken me to complete them.

Overall though the experience was a very positive one and to anyone older going back to education I urge you to go for it as I feel that doing this course is not only achievable with a good mindset and a bit of hard work but also a great confidence booster. I feel elated after doing this course and I am finally able to move abroad. I am SO happy I went ahead and did this course.
