I really became a more confident and qualified English instructor. I have been teaching English for 17 years but teaching experience isn't enough! The course comes with many organised modules, each of which is designed perfectly and logically! This educates teachers on how to teach confidently and accurately. Furthermore, the course helps teachers to understand their learners, which is a very important step when teaching English as a foreign language. The resources and documents of the course are more than brilliant and outstanding! There are useful videos, audios, and pdf copies which really help teachers to be real, excellent, confident, and professional! Moreover, I will never forget my academic professor, Prof. Jenny. She is a really honourable and conscientious professor. She never hesitated to help me. She was always there to help me without boredom or stopping. I needed a TEFL course that I could fit around my two jobs, and this was it. The learning platform is brilliant – so easy to log in, see your progress, and pick up right where you left off.

There were no strict deadlines for assignments, which took a huge amount of pressure off. I could spend a whole weekend on one module or just do 30 minutes on a weeknight. Despite the flexibility, the course never felt isolating.

My TEFL tutor was always just a message away. It’s the perfect blend of self-paced study and expert support. Awesome!

The Level 5 Diploma is incredibly thorough, and I have no doubt it has prepared me for teaching. The accreditation from Highfield Qualifications was a big draw. However, I found the amount of information in some of the later modules a bit overwhelming. The pacing is up to you, but if you're trying to get it done quickly alongside other commitments, it can be intense. The tutor support was great, but maybe breaking down some of the bigger units into smaller chunks would help. Overall, a very positive and valuable experience.

I had a few technical questions when I first started my course and Lisa from the customer care team was a total lifesaver. She replied to my emails so quickly and was always super friendly and helpful, it made me feel really supported from day one. I enjoyed every moment love.

I am thoroughly pleased with the services provided by the TEFL Institute and would highly recommend the 180-hour course. I am currently in the process of setting up interviews with several ESL institutes in China. Each school has expressed satisfaction with the amount of experience the 180-hour course provides. The course is well-structured and is very flexible in terms of study pace. I completed my course in a few months, so I think the 6-month study time is more than adequate. The only downside I can think of is that the course does not include a live-teaching session, though I recognise that this may be a logistical impossibility.

Honestly, the entire process was highly efficient, and it's clear that they invested considerable effort in creating high-quality content for those seeking to get their TEFL certificate.
