About Program
Join APA for a dynamic six-week academic and cultural journey that brings together the shared history of French and Moroccan societies. The program begins in Paris, where students live in a French student residence, strengthen their French language skills, and engage in interdisciplinary coursework. The program continues in Rabat, where students complete the academic seminar alongside their professor and deepen their understanding of course themes through immersive cultural exchange and field-based learning with local experts and families. The program offers two complementary courses: an English-taught interdisciplinary seminar on Franco-Arab encounters and an intensive French language course (beginner or intermediate). Classroom learning is enriched through site visits and excursions to Marseille, Versailles, Casablanca, and more, offering students a rare opportunity to explore the intertwined histories, languages, and lived experiences that shape today’s Francophone world.
