Study Abroad in Scotland at St. James Research Centre (SJRC)
- Scotland
About Program
Our goal is to create an international community of practice dedicated to developing innovative solutions for social intervention and policy. We aim to equip leaders to conduct research and implement programmes in community-based development, prevention of modern slavery, rehabilitation and psycho-therapeutic programmes for victims of human trafficking, and orphan care. Will you join us?
SJRC faculty and advisors are academics and practitioners in international development, combatting modern slavery, and the institution of family care systems in low- and middle-income countries. Each course is taught by a team that includes best practice researchers as well as field practitioners to give students the broadest possible education.
If you're studying abroad with a university not currently on our partners list, we will send you a packet with your course syllabus if you would like to ask your school to count SJRC's courses towards your degree.
