About Program
Work in small, cross-disciplinary teams to solve local winery business challenges, design your unique wine blend, brand and label & prepare a corresponding marketing plan.
This cross-disciplinary (5-week, 6 credits) program is designed for students studying Agricultural Business, Enology, Viticulture, Wine Business, Agricultural Tourism, Wine Tourism, Marketing/Communications and Design. You will take Spanish classes, partake in cultural excursions, do project work with Bodegas and so much more!

- Earn 6 credits through Fresno State and Participate in the Blending & Branding Challenge
- Immerse yourself for a month in a small town in Spain, take Spanish language classes and excursions
- Learn about the Spanish wine industry, regions, varietals, quality control and experience sensory analysis and site visits
- Complete a field study/internship project with a bodega
- Make life-long friends and industry contacts!
