About Program
Using business techniques to develop creative solutions for global and local challenges is at the heart of social entrepreneurship. England's vibrant community of social entrepreneurs allow students to explore innovative solutions to some of the world's pressing problems while earning 8 quarter credits or 5 semester hours. Academic activities are integrated with excursions, giving students an inside look at many socially innovative companies who are trying to balance the traditional business goals of earning profit while reinvesting and donating those profits to spark positive social change. Visits to several well-known cultural locations in the city and surrounding area are also made.
