About Program

The MPA degree is the right choice if your principal passion is to lead and manage social change organizations and their strategies, people, programs, and projects. You will gain hands-on experience in program conceptualization, design, monitoring, and evaluation. You will be challenged to develop innovative approaches to complex issues, such as power differences, and systemic and structural inequities. Participatory methods are a particular focus for MPA as are competencies related to teamwork, partnership, context and situation analysis, organizational development, process facilitation, resource management and systems thinking.
