I had very good experience being in ACT Bangalore. I learnt how to prepare a lesson plan and to execute. I learnt what are the things which a teacher should be aware of, the important thing is level of the students in which i am dealing with and prepare a lesson plan based on their mental ability for effective teaching. The warmers, context setting brings lots of fun in the class and a urge to learn new thing. I am truly blessed by opting this course I am taking all the memories and learning's with me and I bring all the experience which I gained here in ACT in my teaching career.

To say it frankly I think this is one of the decisions which I have made at right time in my life time. I learnt here not 'what to teach' but 'how to teach' . The methodology and the various steps to be followed in language teaching that are taught here really helped me to understand students and their level of understanding. This where I really learnt that English can be, as a second language/foreign language, taught in a funfilled way.

This TEFL Programme was something i found at a point of my life where there were a lot of doubts I had about what I wanted to do. I loved my experience here. Loved the people who I met and most importantly gained the communicative skills which my heart was always looking for. Having a really talented mentor and trainer added to the great experience . I would never be able to forget this. I think I am equipped to take on the world and look for my path which Asian College Of Teachers showed me. It gave me important life skills and opened me up. I not only would recommend this course to my friends but I'd also recall this as a life changing experience for me as I grow older. This programme made things a lot clearer career wise, life wise. TESOL has opened new horizons for me and has been a new learning experience that has brought a new perspective in teaching practice. I have grown as a person and understood aspects about myself which was also a new experience and insight.

It was an experience that you can not explain until you actually experience it first hand. Meeting the other students from all over learning their cultures building great relationships and making GREAT friends. Was hard work but Hard work pays off we all had fun while learning and think we all enjoyed the course. It was amazing meeting the children and how awesome they are enjoying the teachers lessons and the big smiles every time you ask them to assist or when doing a new activity how eager they are to participate and have so much fun while doing it.

Last Day Of Teaching Practice:

After three amazing days of real time classroom teaching in thai class , I was so very nervous for my last teaching practice because the reading martial I have prepared was tough for thai student s. Language is a big barrier for EFL students. However I din't loose my confidence and shared my feelings with my trainer ( Jhumur a.k.a June) and after talking to her I was all motivated to run the show. I was all set to take class but suddenly I got to know that there was a change in the classroom and again I started panicking but the confidence which I saw on my trainer's face for me and that boosted my spirit like anything, Finally when I received my feedback I was on cloud nine I finally nailed it and that's just because of my trainer my teacher June she is my RED BULL my energy booster I wish I could have her whole my life coz I'm cry baby and she is best baby sitter I have ever seen in my life.
TEACHING EFL STUDENTS IS MORE THAN TEACHING. IT CAN BE AN EXPERIENCE OF THE LIFE TIME.

Before joining the course I was not sure about what I wanted to do with my life but now, after doing this course I am sure I want to be a teacher. Teach and touch lives they say, I know now i actually want to teach and touch lives. The little bit of doubt that was there about being a teacher vanished after the teaching practice. I experienced a whole lot of feeling throughout the course, from being confident to being anxious and at last that satisfaction. I am happy that I joined this course.

This program have changed my Life. I would recommend this to anyone. I never in my life thought that i would be an English teacher. And that in only 3 weeks, The staff is amazing. From Day one until the last day. June is simply amazing. She is one diamond. Pak is amazing and Linda is well, she feels like family. :)Ron, I would still like to meet him :).. he he he Thank you very much for this amazing Journey.

I was a part of ACT TEFL batch conducted in Mumbai in Sep 2016.

I have N no. of stories and candid moments to share but I would like to keep it sweet and simple. I opted for this course to brush up my teaching skills. It definitely helped me with that but ut taught me alot more. I am a Maths and Science student and I am confident enough to share that Maths is my favourite subject. So, I think pretty logical and mechanical (I feel so now). I thought that TEFL will be a cake walk for me. But Trust me it tested all my creative skills, which actually bogged me down sometimes. I felt demotivated.

So, Here is when my Trainer June came into picture. She made teaching look so easy with all the innovative methods and techniques introduced by her. It helped us in all arena of life. I have improved as a person , as a human being. My attitude towards life has got positive. and its all thanks my trainer. June, you are wonderful. without your support and motivation I would not be what I have become. Thank you so much.
