About Program
The Refresher Courses for English Teachers are suitable for experienced, practicing teachers of English and teacher trainers who wish to:
• Refresh their skills and knowledge of communicative language teaching.
• Learn new techniques and lesson ideas.
• Reflect on their teaching skills.
• Share teaching strategies and skills with other teachers.
There are two different 2-week courses: Course A and Course B. The courses cover a wide range of topics and areas of language teaching, ranging from ideas for effectively teaching language skills (reading, speaking, listening and writing) to fun activities to motivate and keep students interested. The course also includes workshops on general teaching methodology, new teaching technology and effective ways of motivating students and dealing with multi-level classes. The schedule is flexible and is easily adapted to meet the needs of the individual teachers on the course.
