9 Day Komodo Island Hopper

Such an amazing time on this tour. The highlight was definitely snorkeling with manta ray but loved the whole thing. Prepare yourself for 3 days on the boat which has limited facilities and no alone time but at the same time you gets lovely staff, the most stunning views, and potential dolphin sightings (we had a pod swimming by the front of the boat for a bit). We got to see heaps of Komodo dragons too, and so much amazing marine life when we went snorkelling (including two turtles). The jungle treks and waterfalls were so lush and picturesque, but make sure to take your insect repellent. Our tour leader was super friendly and kept us in the loop of what was happening. It was great as well having someone with such great local knowledge. Awesome time overall!

This tour is highly recommended, we have experienced a lot and can only recommend this. :)
Traveling with a group coming from many different countries is always cool, you get to know new things and speaking English will be fun ;-)
The whole excursions were great and we felt very comfortable.
Spicy our tour guide was always there for you and could answer all our questions and always had a laugh in the face, which always has a positive effect on you :)
If you want to see a lot of beautiful things, but also want to have some time for yourself, you should make this tour a must :)
Our highlight was a day at the beach, where we saw two beautiful beaches, the waterfalls breathtaking and two nights in a boat was worth an experience ;-)

Mit einer Gruppe reisen, welche aus vielen verschiedenen Ländern kommen ist immer cool, man lernt neues kennen und das Englisch reden wird Spaß machen ;-)
Die ganzen Ausflüge waren toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Spicy unser Tour-Guide war immer für einen da und konnte uns alle Fragen beantworten und hatte immer ein Lachen im Gesicht, was immer positiv auf einen wirkt :)
Wer viel schönes sehen will, aber auch Zeit für sich haben will, sollte diese Tour unebdingt machen :)
Unser Highlight war ein Tag am Strand, wo wir zwei wunderschöne Strände gesehen haben, die Wasserfälle atemberaubend und zwei Nächte in einem Boot war eine Erfahrung wert ;-)

The tour was amazing!! Drew our leader was so knowledgable about each place, he was always very fun and professional. The manta rays were incredible and the view points- out of this world!! 😍 will 100% reccomend this to EVERYONE!! Also watching the sunsets/sunrises was out of this world! The food we had everywhere was soo yummy! Most of it local which I enjoyed, as it's good to try the local cuisine. He food on the liveaboard was included in the tour - all cooked amazingly by the boat guys!
Being on the liveaboard was incredible.. sleeping under the stars. THe group were all so friendly, we got a long so so well. Thank you Drew and Trutravels. I want to do all the trutravels tours after doing this one!!! If you are a alone traveller and wanting some true adventure I really do reccomend this. The komodo dragons are something not many people get to ever ever see! So this was also insane being so close to them in there natural habitat .

I went on the 9 day Komodo islands hopper with Tru Travels and I have to say, it blew my mind. As someone who has travelled a fair bit by herself, it was really refreshing to visit remote untouched islands, see some of the most beautiful waterfalls in Moyo I had ever seen, stand so close to the intense Komodo dragons, snorkel with manta rays, with the added bonus of being the only ones there!

This tour would have been virtually impossible to do by yourself to travel to these remote places. Tru Travels takes the stress out of it for you, and you also get the extra perks of gorgeous and funny tour leader Tina, and travelling with your new family together.

I have made memories of a lifetime on this trip, and would highly recommend for anyone who wants to explore off the beaten track and go on a real adventure.
