About Program
Global Service Corps (GSC), in partnership with local organizations, offers a unique way to experience Cambodia through its two-week, short-term, long-term, and internship programs.
Experience the rare opportunity to be immersed in the Buddhist culture of Southeast Asia while having the chance to be both the teacher and student.
Volunteer Participants learn about Khmer culture on social, spiritual, and intellectual levels, all while giving back to the community by teaching English at a wat (monastery) and in other community educational settings.
Volunteers on the Buddhist Immersion program will have the experience of a lifetime with endless opportunities to share their time, talents, and knowledge with the teachers, students, Buddhist monks, and local community members of their new home.
