Operation Hope Foundation is looking for an individual with management and missions background to be based in Prey Veng, Cambodia as a missionary for 2-5 years.
Job Description
Working in Cambodia to nurture the children in our children's home and expand existing community projects.
Resposibilities
Assisting local staff in managing the children's home in areas such as:
- Discipline
- Study
- Livelihood skills
- Character development
Training House Parents
Community Projects:
- Supervise and organise our existing house, toilet, and well building projects
- Develop and expand our Training Job Skills for the Service Sector program
- Explore sustainable projects that benefit the poor
Qualifications
- Management and supervisory experience
- Missions experience
- Matured Christian with a calling to children
- Strong character with experience in handling children and adolescents
- Ability to pick up technical skills and new knowledge
- Teaching and entrepreneur experience is advantageous
