About Program
Travel the world and use your skills to make a difference in low-income indigenous communities in the Ecuadorian Andes. You will be an integral part in growing El Terreno’s community and environmental initiatives. We are looking for the following associates:
• NGO Fundraising Specialist
• Social Enterprise Marketing Specialist
• Social Enterprise Finance & Admin Specialist
• Business Development Specialist
• Volunteer Coordinator
• Building & Maintenance Specialist
• Permaculture & Gardening Specialist
Work alongside the founder and other key stakeholders to help design and implement strategies that will have long-term success. This role offers the chance to apply your skills abroad and tackle new challenges. Bring your creativity and ideas!
Program Highlights

- Explore Ecuador’s incredible diversity — from the Amazon rainforest to the Galápagos Islands — during weekends or before and after your stay
