Organization – Welcome To My Yard (WTMY)
A fantastic role for Social Workers - Location - Nepal
- To work in partnership with local volunteers and staff to deliver our holistic program of support.
- To work with the Director to develop our intervention delivery methods and tools using a clear model of support alongside the Director
- To mutually share knowledge and expertise with staff and volunteers to develop best practice and ensure that SCYP are receiving the best possible service we can provide with our limited resources
- To assist with developing our tools for individual monitoring and evaluation of the interventions we deliver ensuring we are working to an evidence base
Host mutual skills sharing workshops/discussions for staff and volunteers on different themes of practice. Assist with all other aspects of project activities.
