About Program
We are seeking volunteers passionate about teaching and want to help increase access to education in under-resourced communities in Zanzibar. You will be volunteering with the support of our local team and placement staff, you don’t need to be a qualified teacher to participate in this project.
We focus on helping with educational tasks in nursery, primary and secondary schools in Zanzibar as well as adult vocational training. The schools we volunteer in are mostly poor village schools. Interns and volunteers help develop primary education and conduct advocacy work.
Our Educational program is the foundation of everything we do. With full support and training from our experienced project team, you will help us improve English in this friendly community.
