I enjoyed the itinerary for Bali experience 12 days. You get to see different areas of Bali, from rice fields, monkey forest and the beaches and islands. The tour guides throughout the trip were awesome! I would like to thank my group leaders Andri and Carolyn (who was in training at that time). They looked after us throughout the trip and checked in on us regularly. Thank you for making my first group trip an amazing and fun one! I highly recommend booking your next trip with intro travel!!! :)

I took the 15 day Bali Experience tour and it was one of the most amazing trips I have ever been on.
It included so many once in a life time experiences including swimming with manta rays which was a dream come true. I was lucky to make brilliant friends with the rest of my group who I now share unforgettable memories with.

Our tour guides Andri and Carolyn made the trip run so smoothly so that we never had to worry about anything. I felt so safe having them as group leaders, they made sure we were able to experience the best of Bali whilst remaining stress free. They also made sure to take phenomenal photos for us throughout the trip to capture our memories. I cannot thank them enough for the trip of a lifetime. 100% recommend travelling with Intro, I cannot fault them.

Will be highly recommending Intro to my friends! Everything ran so smoothly and well organised it was so lovely not to have to think about any planning for activities or transfers. The Bali experience 15 day itinerary was full of experiences I would have never thought to do unless I was part of the group. There was a wide range of cultural as well as adventurous activities and a little bit of free time for ourselves. I would suggest doing the 15 days not just the 12 as ending the trip in Nusa allowed for more chilled time and we were incredibly lucky to see Manta Rays on the snorkelling activity included. Our group leader was Andri, he made us feel so relaxed and was so helpful that he speaks Balinese. Andri is so knowledgable and the perfect guide making our trip so fun and exciting. Andri was training Carolyn which was lovely to have two group leaders, I’m sure Carolyn will go on to be an amazing tour guide too!

The best trip ever, 100% recommend. I did the Bali experience 15 days in May with Andri as our guide, and had the most amazing experience. The trips are well organised and really good fun and it’s great doing things you probably wouldn’t have done if you went on your own. All drivers and local guides are extremely friendly, hotels were lovely, and it was amazing not having to worry about anything as Andri organised everything, anything you needed he had it sorted! Trip was made by the amazing people in the group and by Andri being a great guide, couldn’t have had a better time.

The Bali intro tour is the perfect mix of cultural immersion, partying and fun activities. I had Greta as my tour leader and a shadowing leader Liam, and they supported every member of the group in whatever activities they wished to do.
Particularly they both encouraged me on the Volcano Hike which was tougher than expected but with their help I never felt a burden to the group being a bit slower. In the trip I enjoyed being able to scuba dive with the recommended centre in Gili and now have found a passion for diving which I can’t wait to do again!
Greta was such a caring guide and has a deep love and respect for Balinese culture, it was so lovely to see the relationships she has with all local guides.

There is so many included activities to keep you busy in the tour so it’s great for all backpackers or just a social holiday.
I have made some great friends off this tour and I can’t wait to do another!

After my first tour with Intro Travel in Thailand, I was really excited to go on another one of their trips. I am so glad I chose Bali! Greta was such a wonderful group leader and is so knowledgeable. Any question you might have, she’s right there to answer. I felt supported & safe the whole time, & also laughed a whole lot. Every day was jam packed with such fun activities; visiting temples & a local family, snorkelling, hiking a volcano & so much more! With the most fun group of people! Can’t wait for the next trip.

A wonderful way to travel and meet new, like-minded people. Lots of activities to promote quick bonding! Low season meant fewer tourists and still great weather. Thanks to the great and knowledgable guides we met along the way! Would highly recommend group tours for solo travellers - also a relaxing way to travel thanks to the great organisational skills of Greta 😊

This tour is the best mix of culture and different activities! We visited touristic places like Seminyak or Ubud, but also less crowded north of Bali. We could relax on a beach or at the pool, do shopping or climb the Batur mountain, bicycle or snorkel. Our group leader Hendri did an amazing job: everything was very well organised, went smoothly, I felt well informed all the time! We had a lot of fun with my group and Hendri! I definitely will remember this trip forever and highly recommend it to everyone, who likes to explore new places!
