Bali Experience Tour with INTRO Travel

This was truly an experience I will never forget. I’ve made so many life long friendships that I will cherish forever. So many memories have been made on this trip, which I will hold dearly to my heart.

I would recommend it to a friend, my favorite accommodation was nusa because it was right on the beach. I really enjoyed all the activities and I found it easy with in the process on arrival it was very informative.

I went on the Bali experience 12 day tour. I really enjoyed the trip’s balance of cultural and social experiences. The itinerary was very well formulated with a good mixture of activities and down time. The communication from Rachel made it easy as a solo travelled to just chill and enjoy my travel. I would recommend to anyone traveling alone or in a group!

I enjoyed the accommodation and the tour itself. Favorite activities were the dolphins and travelling around Gili T, there was nothing that I could think of that I could be improved.

Brilliant experience …. Saw some amazing things, stayed in beautiful hotels and met some amazing people … would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to travel on their own and doesn’t have time/patience to plan tones of activities

Airport pick was great didn’t have to wait, made friends on the trip and got on well with everyone, favorite accommodation was on Gili T. My favorite activity was seeing aid in the ricefields and partying on Gili T. I would definitely recommend to a friend in the future.

I’ve just finished the 12 day Bali Experience trip and it was everything I could have imagined and more. It really was the trip of a lifetime! I have made so many amazing memories and have now got friends for life. Hendri, our group leader, was absolutely fantastic. He was so positive, full of energy and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was okay. This included making several trips to the doctors, ensuring everyone’s dietary requirements were met and organising extra activities for us to do in our free time. He kept us entertained with his terrible jokes and his surprisingly good ability to sing, dance and play the guitar. Note- Taylor Swift - Back to December has got to be one of my favourite performances 😂 We were so lucky to have someone so kind, funny and warm hearted, who also knew loads about the Balinese culture itself. I honestly don’t think the trip would have been the same without him!

I’m so happy that I got to experience the beautiful country that is Bali and learn so much about their fascinating way of life. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to cram so many activities into one trip if I’d have decided to visit on my own, like I was originally planning to. Everything was super organised and I felt completely stress free from the second I stepped off the plane. All of the activities we did were excellent and it is hard to think of a single favourite but swimming with turtles was definitely a bucket list moment and I absolutely loved our time spent on Gili T!

I cannot recommend this trip highly enough. I have already booked onto the Thai Experience trip with Intro Travel and I cannot wait to do more in the future 😊

As this was my first group tour, I didn't know what to expect, but my 15 day Bali experience exceeded all expectations! The variety of excursions and activities was great, from snorkelling with turtles and mantarays to visiting a local family and looking round their spice garden, and everything else in between. The balance between activities and chill time was perfect and I feel like I've seen a lot of what this beautiful country has to offer. Each accommodation was unique and had the level of luxury I was looking for. My experience wouldn't have been what it was without Hendri as our leader - what a guy! His passion and enthusiasm for the job is admirable and his knowledge and expertise meant no question was left unanswered. He was there for us 24/7 and always with a smile on his face. Fun, supportive, caring and an overall fantastic guy.

Just finished the 15 day Bali experience tour, my first group tour and it exceeded all expectations. It was very well organised and everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. The company were very helpful with information both before and during the tour. The activities were all amazing, from the boat trip to see dolphins to snorkeling and volcano hiking for sunrise. The homestay in Lovina was an amazing experience and so lovely to meet the locals who have such a wonderful relationship with the tour leaders.
Craig was our group leader who was there personally to pick us up from the airport and introduce himself. He was so knowledgeable about the country and culture, I learned more about Bali itself than I was expecting and even some basic balinese phrases. He always looked after everyone on the tour, checking we had no problems or concerns at any stage. Craig was great fun and made the trip a very memorable one!
I'll definitely be booking more trips with Intro in the future

Being my first group tour I wasn’t sure what to expect but from start to finish the tour ran seamlessly and exceeded expectations in all aspects.
Our group leader Craig was constantly making sure everyone was okay and welcomed us into the group amazingly, he always had such a happy and fun energy and did everything to make sure we were having the best time possible.
He was also very knowledgable about Bali and was passionate about teaching us all about the culture of the country which was really nice.
The tour was very well organised included incredible activities. My personal faves were snorkelling, scuba diving, surfing and Mount Batur volcano trek where you got to see an amazing sunrise.
I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to fully immerse themselves into the country and also meet some amazing people.
This tour started me off for my 6 month trip perfectly and I’m so glad I started off with this, Craig also helped me with my plans after the tour and gave me contacts to help me out on my onwards travel!

My 15 day Bali experience trip was a truly amazing journey. Was a little skeptical of booking a group trip but it turned out to be a really awesome time. The activities were all super fun but the best one had to be swimming with the manta rays in Nusa Lembongan. Accommodation was spot on at all the different places we went and the food was just incredible at every stop. Traveled here solo and met a whole bunch of awesome people which made the time here in Bali even better. Our group leader Craig did a really awesome job of bringing everybody together and ran a really nice trip. He has a really strong passion for his job and does everything possible to make sure everybody is enjoying it. Loved everything about this trip and looking forward to doing another one soon!
