What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

There are a lot of amazing stories that I've heard and lived but I can tell more about this one: Recently I was surprise by 2 former volunteers that came back and surprised me in Bali. I was very, very happy.

What is your favorite travel memory?

I think my favorite travel memory was Italy in 2006. I had been there for one month and I learned the art of Italian cooking. It was a really lovely experience. For me Venice is the most beautiful city in the world.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

For me the biggest factor in being a successful company is the connection between the people and having a personal contact.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Since I joined Volunteer Programs Bali I learnt a lot about the western countries culture because it's really different from mine, I improved my English and my self-confidence. Furthermore, I'm really proud to work with VP Bali because I can help more my family and also other families. I also learnt how to share with people underprivileged.

What unique qualities does your company possess?

What is really unique in VP Bali is the transparency and the strong family spirit. I think it's really difficult to find that in others companies.

Describe a time when you felt especially proud to be part of your current team.

When the kids are coming to me and showing that are very happy, it's this kind of special moment or I am really proud to be part of Vp Bali but also when the volunteers give me a good feedback. It's also when the boss appreciates my work and tells that to me, I'm feel really proud.
