1. Teaching children from ages 3-adults
2. Helping the students improve oral English skills and creating the English environment for the students
3. Collaborating closely with the teachers to help the students to make the progress
4. Interactive, modern teaching facilities
5. 40 work hours per week (25 teaching hours and 15 office hours)
6. Two days off per week
