Job Description

Now Hiring: English Language Assistants in Spain (2026/2027 School Year)
Location: Public Schools Across Spain
Schedule: Part-time, 14–16 hours/week
Compensation: Monthly stipend (€800–€1,000), private health insurance provided

Position Overview:

RVF International is now hiring English Language Assistants to work in public schools throughout Spain for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a paid international work opportunity for individuals who want to gain valuable experience, live abroad, and make a real impact in the classroom.

In this role, you'll support local teachers by helping students improve their English through conversation, cultural exchange, and dynamic classroom activities. You’ll work directly with Spanish educators, contribute to language learning in a meaningful way, and have the chance to explore one of Europe’s most beautiful and culturally rich countries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work 14–16 hours per week in a Spanish public school
- Assist with English instruction and classroom activities
- Lead speaking exercises, cultural presentations, and games
- Collaborate with your mentor teacher (no grading, parent meetings, or discipline required)
- Contribute to lessons across subjects occasionally taught in English (e.g., science, art, or technology)
