Job Description

If you’re looking to live and work in Europe, our Teach Spain program gives you a reliable way to get started, along with ongoing placement support through our network in Barcelona.

Spain is a highly sought-after destination for teaching English, and there is a steady demand for native speakers across the country. Whether it’s local families wanting to give their kids a head start or professionals looking to advance their careers, people are eager to learn. This program is a practical way to meet that demand while building a comfortable, sustainable daily life in a great country.

What to Expect:

Living in Barcelona: You'll be based right in Barcelona, meaning you can spend your free time checking out the city's historic neighborhoods, enjoying the local food scene, or heading down to the beach.

A Built-in Community: You won't have to figure everything out on your own. You’ll join a group of fellow teachers, which makes things like navigating the local housing market, adjusting to a new culture, and finding your feet much easier. Plus, we organize regular group events and peer mentorship so you always have a solid support network.

On-the-Ground Orientation: To make sure you feel confident before stepping into the classroom, you'll start with an intensive in-country orientation. We’ll guide you through the essential paperwork and visa logistics, give you some practical teaching preparation, and provide 24/7 local support throughout your time here.

What You'll Do:

Lead English Lessons: You'll deliver clear, interactive English lessons tailored to either young learners or motivated adults, focusing on everyday conversation and confidence building.

Immerse Yourself and Earn: You’ll get to fully dive into the Spanish culture, practice your language skills, and earn a steady income that covers your living expenses and helps fund your weekend travels around Europe.

Who We're Looking For:

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred, along with a TEFL certificate. If you don't have a TEFL yet, don't worry—our program includes an accredited 160-hour certification course to get you ready.

The Right Fit: We look for people who are adaptable, genuinely enthusiastic about connecting with new cultures, and excited to live in a historic city while being part of a supportive group.

If you're ready to take the next step, we'd love to have you apply today!
