As a high school student, studying in Beijing opened my eyes to a whole new world. The classes were designed with teens in mind — interactive and practical — and the field trips were the highlight of my week. We didn’t just read about China’s history, we visited the Great Wall, ancient temples, and even took calligraphy classes. I made friends from Europe, Asia, and North America. It was my first time away from home, and I felt safe, supported, and inspired. This program shaped my future in a way that no classroom alone ever could.
Response from Go Abroad China
Dear Jocelyn,
Your adventure in Beijing sounds absolutely epic! From scaling the Great Wall to mastering calligraphy strokes, you didn’t just learn about China—you lived it. We love that your first time abroad was filled with discovery, global friendships, and (most importantly) feeling at home far from home. This is exactly why we created this program!
Keep chasing those cross-cultural adventures – the world needs more curious spirits like yours. Who knows? Maybe we’ll see you back in China for round two!

P.S. Those calligraphy skills better come in handy for signing your future bestsellers!
