The school is quite flexible with the schedule of classes and provides personal assistance on different matters. If you have a question, everyone is willing to help. I also enjoyed the cultural activities they created for students, which gave an insight into chinese traditions. There is a nice and open atmosphere at the school, which doesn't make you feel pressured about learning. There are a lot of teachers with different teaching styles, so you can find out what works best for you. If you are looking for a comfortable atmosphere for learning without much pressure, this school could be the right choice.

In this school, teachers and staffs are warm and kind. Also, there are many different levels of classes. It is very helpful to choose appropriate level depending on your language skill. Teachers are very professional and patient even you are not good at speaking. The tuition fee is reasonable. There are many culture exchange activities in this program. For example, making food, making traditional fan, drawing like this. My language skill has been improved dramatically in a short time. Thus, I'm very satisfied.

This school offers a variety of lessons. I personally lived one year in Beijing and had classes there! It was truly so nice to have a class with other foreigners, a teacher who actually supports you while talking Chinese. There’s plenty of chances to express your thought. This might be challenging and new at first, but just a matter of habit and it’s truly the best way and most fun way to learn the language!

Currently I take classes online from my home country Germany to china! I love this practice once a week. Time flies by and this way I don’t loose my language skills!!

I’ve been taking classes at Global Village for over a year now and I was able to pass HSK 6 faster than I thought thanks to all the amazing teachers! Now I’m attending a language course at one of the universities but I still choose to study at Global Village at the same time.

My experience at this school has been fulfilling. l had learned Chinese before and l always knew that l needed to improve my Chinese speaking skills and being at this school provided me with this opportunity. The teachers and the staff there are always available to help you with any problems you may face during the course of your learning. The classes are really interactive providing an opportunity to put into practice what you have learned. One important thing is also that they provide free tea and coffee 😊

I started this program because I moved to China for work and I always struggle with my speaking ability. I already studied Chinese by myself for a long time, but lack of speaking. The teacher is really helpful in increasing my speaking ability, I just started this course, one on one, a few weeks ago and I can already see an increasement!! My teacher combines book teaching with natural conversations, we always include conversations about my culture or experiences or daily things, which really help me to speak more freely!

This school is amazing! It's full of energy, has funny Chinese posters everywhere, and has a great Chinese library with lots of interesting books.

The teachers are impeccable! My Chinese teacher, Miss Liang, has a unique and interesting teaching method. She used a combination of English and Chinese to help me understand complex concepts. Last time I learned the name of family members, she drew a family tree and let me remember it immediately. She always had a warm smile and encouraged me to speak up. Even when I'm wrong, she corrects me patiently.

I came to Beijing for work with my boyfriend, and we enrolled in this school to learn some basis of conversational Chinese. Some friends of us suggested it to us and it has been a great choice! The programme of the course is very well organised. Our teacher, miss Liang, is very prepared and competent and she can also speak a very fluent English. She makes the lessons very interesting and interactive, adding extra contents to the textbook. We are learning a lot about the language and the Chinese culture. We are very happy about this course and we highly recommend both the school and the teacher!

I'm a Chinese descendant girl in Singapore. Although both of my parents are Chinese and can speak Chinese, I don't usually communicate with them in Chinese in daily life.

To improve my Chinese speaking skills, I took the course "Elementary Spoken Chinese 2" at Global Village School. The vocabulary and texts in the textbook are commonly used in daily life. The teacher patiently helps me correct my pronunciation, and my classmates are extremely friendly.

During this one-month study process, I've reaped rich rewards. If I have enough time to stay in China in the future, I will surely continue to study Chinese in-depth.
