University

This university is extremely useful if you want to know more about career and your field. I choose Business administration which is a major based on economics but also management and can be applied in many filers of your life such as management, entrepreneurship. John cabot offers many minors, marketing, psychology, math, political science, entrepreneurship and many other. This allow people to have more knowledge of sectors that are different from your major and in which you are interested to…..

John Cabot Spring 2023

I am currently studying abroad John Cabot university for the spring 2023 semester. When I get home, I will recommend this to anybody who will listen because it has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my entire life. Not only do I study at one of the most beautiful campuses I’ve ever seen, I am in the heart of Rome. This is my dream study and being able to experience life here is a dream come true. On top of that, I have been able to learn and take classes on subjects that I can see in person in Rome. Like ancient history and baroque, art and architecture. All in all, I said stay here!

Pros
  • Beautiful city

Jcu student life

As a US transfer student I had a great time at JCU all my credits where transferred and the advisor provided a very helpful guidance to pick and choose my classes from the wide range of options the university offered. JCU also has lots of extracurricular activities and programs that helped me gain experience and enriched my career and knowledge in my study field. The club and class trips were a great opportunity for networking and gaining hands on experience kn the markek. Overall great experience at Jcu

JCU experience

I really like john cabot university, especially the atmosphere inside the university. Indeed, the environment of freedom makes everyone confident and at ease. It is beautiful to see how every one is free to express its personality, beliefs, religion, gender without being discriminated. It is also very inspiring being in contact with many different people from every part of the world. The only real challenging thing is the english language for non-native speakers because it makes the study more difficult but obviously it is a key point of the university useful to improve language skills. Overall I would absolutely recommend JCU.

Meeting people from all around the world is especially great and learning about new cultures and traditions that many people participate in. JCU - Rome Study Abroad semester

I'm from an Asian country, moved to the US for college and have opportunity to study abroad in JCU, Rome Italy. I learn a lot about a different culture and have opportunity to travel a lot. However, the academic program in JCU is kinda hard, compared to my school in the US. However, they do well in providing housing (I live in Gianacolo residence hall and it's great, better live in Lungara or Gianacolo because it is near the campus). We also do not need to study in Friday, which gives us a longer weekend for travel. Utilize it to travel as much as you can!

Pros
  • Travel Opportunity
  • Housing
  • Learn new culture
Cons
  • Hard academic
  • Not too much support
  • No other cons
