Just finished, so will review while things are fresh. Spectacular value with a lot of text and video coverage throughout, heaps of opportunity to get feedback on quizzes and activities before the unit quizzes, though unit quizzes could do with more feedback, no need to message for tutor help so that’s a weird one to offer, certificate is sick, you can’t finish it too quickly, they have review links after you finish the training course which I really like, nice learning site that’s easy to use, units flow well, and I feel like I learned a bunch the past month

I'll give you one piece of advice if you're reading this review: DO THIS COURSE!! Not only was I incredibly impressed with the price for an accredited certificate, the training is really on point. My story is likely similar to others, though I'm currently backpacking (but aside from that part!!). I went on Google and typed in for a cheapie course, circled around a few sites and found myself a bit confused. But in the end I tried some lessons with courses that offered them, not really trusting any refund promises as it sounds a hassle. This course has a free lesson that sold me on it and is actually exactly what it looks like on their learning programme. That to the side, over the entirety of the course I feel like I reached my goal of learning how to teach to at least a proficient level. Don't get me wrong, one of the emphasis points the course makes is that you're not going to learn every trick or tip by reading and doing a bunch of scenario situation drills, but I'd say me seeing multiple times what a really good lesson looks like and being able to select a logical path through different lesson problems is a pretty good start. I'm happy with everything I got and can't wait to actually learn on the job when I get my visa sorted for China. Thanks to Mark and ST team!!

I do recommend this course (168 hour TESOL), but there’s one thing in particular I took a star off for, they have got course access as 6 months for both 120 hour and 168 hour which doesn’t make sense to me. When asked they did give me 3 month more free but I can’t forgive the logic or lacking of. Aside from this blunder or oversight the course was great and included everything they promised. It’s a nice user experience with quite a bit of screen tapping to keep you awake when going through the text. I have to give plaudits to them for the effort put in on unit checkpoint quizzes and practice sections as these gave me lots of feedback that helped me more than some of the main text!

1) Nice system once you’re enrolled - fast and it just works how it should when clicking
2) units are jammed full of words, tip boxes, videos, and expanding lists
3) it isn’t just a case of reading and multi choice, which I’m sure could be okay but this varies things up and gets you thinking
4) you can’t download the text but the tutorial person (admin?) told me they’re working on a downloadable pdf file
5) video narration was a real person - kudos for not having fake AI voiceover
6) there are adding videos for different topics though I didn’t have time for them (maybe later)
7) the most valuable videos show teachers in the classroom and online teaching - you can’t miss these as a couple are assessed
8) some questions are trickier than others but if you do the practice quizzes you get feedback that is actually useful
9) it could be finished quicker than I did but I chose to take my time. Being self paced is definitely advantageous and means if you’re in a hurry that you could complete a unit just by skimming and quizzing, though the practice tasks might scupper this
10) I got my certificate downloaded a minute after I passed the final, and it was apostilled within 3 days of me emailing it to their partner lawyer/solicitor. This was critical for me - no apostille would’ve made me rage, but the service was easy and it got mailed to me by courier
11) they didn’t have a dedicated chat service, just email, but I waited maximum a few hours one time.
12) they offer an addon course but 120 hours is standard all I need according to their country guide
13) expect great value but not perfection - there were a couple of minor quiz errors (eg one feedback response was added as an answer choice), but they were grateful I let them know so they could fix it
14) sorry for such a long review but I hate ones that just give bland and generic goods and bars as it does nothing but adds fluff to fluff

It’s a good course for regards of the learning, and the things are clear and easy to understand. I must only email if I have a problem like I did (it is easier to have a contact number I think), as I make the mistake to pay two times for the course on the checking out page and must to wait 3 days to receive the refund for the second course. This is annoying thing number one. Number two is that after I complete the course, I download my certification okay but then must wait about 2 horas for the verificacion to be active on the website. I expect all things to be automatic and very fast in 2026. Not with these things, the course is otherwise excellent with nice tutor.

First thing, I have no comparison, so please use my review as a subjective guideline. That said, I'm going to mostly provide positives - though that doesn't mean there weren't negatives (I just don't think these merit being given much attention here considering the price and how right the company got most things). The units are long and include informacion that is detailed and assesses well. The videos show teaching of actual English classes, and some questions relate to these which is helpful. The customer support is reliable and didn't leave me waiting for long in email replies. I will recommend to my friend.

Annoying but I already wrote this thing. Am obviously not going to write it again to the same detail but the main idea was that this course was good, cheap, and gave me the info I needed/wanted, like online teaching and demo lesson videos, etc. It's not too difficult, but it is thorough, so you need to give it your attention. The text narration videos have a human voice to them, and demos are all good quality. I got what I was looking for in terms of resources and curriculum. This is good and yeah, I rec it

This was actually a bit of a gem when I think about what it provided for the price. The course is presented on a modern LMS, which takes a couple of extra clicks to sign into, plus you need to create another account, but it's fast and easy to navigate once you get past that part. Units are organized well and follow the same system, making it easy to follow. A couple of units really stood out to me, like the planning and online units, but I'd put it out there that the videos were most useful for me as a beginner stroke someone with zero experience whatsoever. It was easy to see how you can build a class and follow a behavior system from the teaching videos. I'm super happy I chose this provider, but I have no way of knowing how other providers or courses are, of course!

1) This company has a good reputation for a reason - I was very happy with everything.
2) The lessons are clear and full of information that helped me understand easily
3) There were no AI videos or obvious AI text - they told me they used Grammarly to help make the spelling and grammar perfect (so maybe that means there must be a minimum % of Ai (?), but it didn't read like it was AI, if that makes any sense? The text felt as it had a human mind with it.
4) I had replies from tutors quickly (Mark and Jonny, I think) - this was great.
5) Videos, exercises, and practise questions were with everything in a routine - this was useful.
6) The price for what I got was incredible.
7) I checked their accreditors, and they accredit larger TEFL companies like PremierTEFL and the Institute of TEFL/TEFL Institute.
8) Certificates are pretty and are accepted online by the places I uploaded them

I researched this lots and asked a lot of questions before banking on thi company. The answered me candidly, and in the end that's why I went with them. There wasn't any BS about a guarantee of certificate acceptance, though they did assure me they've never heard of being not accepted before. What I found once I paid was a course that was full of information and quetions that challenged me to think about what I learned. Things were presented in a logical way that was clear and every lesson had a pattern that helped me know roughly what to expect in regards to format. For such a cheap course, I was pleasantly surpised to encounter a clear interface with a likewise clear attempt to train me well. In the end, my recruiter has had no reluctance to put me forward for a plethora of jobs in China with thi certification. I'm using their apostille agent to get the certificate notarized in the United Kingdom. If I have any issues with this, I'll report back. I can't praise the course highly enough right now.
