I have only the positives to report. The price is great and so I payed for the extra certification with the code. The course begins with free introduction lessons and then it is some grammar and many classroom management information but it is interesting and has some different quizzes and video questions y differente activities that make you think and review. I like the number of videos and helpful teacher tips that make me think about the real classroom.

I no experience problems o mistakes, so everything is smooth. I did not contact the study tefl teachers, but they send me 3 certificates 2 hours after I pass the final. I am very super happy with everything.

To start with the positives, the 120 hours TEFL gave me a very good feel for what to expect in the english classroom, how to plan quality lessons and how to manage them. Despite the lack of practical teaching (which I know is for the ultra expensive TEFLs), I think the course did a good job of helping me picture and problem solve through the different scenarios they included in each lesson for me to solve. Esecpially good were the explanations that came with correct answers, though I would've liked to see these with all multi choice questions also. I wonder if they didn't always provide these to stop cheating. Despite a couple of minor things this was an excellent course with so many things that made me thankful. They told me the certificates can be printed at home, which I'll do if I need to but I've already used them in email applications and that seems fine.

The reviews were good, but the price was so low that I expected very low quality. I love being positively surprised! Every aspect resonated with my learning style, from having video to the challenges that mimic lessons, especially near the end of the course. I could hear the voice behind the lessons, which helped me focus and learn easier like I was back in college. The admin email seemed to have someone working most of the time because the two times I emailed, they got back to me impressively promptly. To make the review more useful, I'd say a negative is that the course doesn't allow students to share ideas or make contacts with the cohort, but I'm unsure of whether that's a regular thing or just for online college courses.

When I got my certs at the end, I actually had a quick laugh to myself, probably out of happiness but also relief that it wasn't a scam. Seriously, the course is amazing but I was expecting them to ask for more money to get the digital certs emailed or something. The only time I had contact with them was to get my middle name added to my cert, and they did this quickly- I have no idea about the rest of their customer service beyond this. I'm sure the price had a huge positive impact on me but I really did feel that everything was well-organized with lots of video access.
