Our Intro Thai experience was phenomenal and quite simply a trip of a lifetime, our group leaders Pol Porta and Izabela Morgado were so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything which made the whole trip an absolute joy for the entire group. The activities were so well planned as we fit so much into our fortnight trip, yet had a lot of alone time to go off and do our own thing. We came as a couple but there were many solo travellers and the whole group quickly bonded and we can firmly say that we’ve made friends for life within the group. We cannot recommend this tour enough, get it booked!

Incredible experience! I have met so many amazing people on this trip from all different backgrounds and of different ages. Expectations for this tour have been exceeded, one of the main reasons was Lauren (Loz) our tour leader. Loz from the beginning was bubbly, friendly, approachable and kind. Whenever we had free time, she would send recommendations of activities/food places. Loz would often join us in our free time, it was nice how involved she was. It felt like she was a friend as well as a leader.
One of the days we were in the jungle and they were completing controlled fires, however one of the fires had become larger than expected, which caused a few members of the group to panic. Loz handled this situation incredibly well, she reassured us, whilst remaining calm herself, checked the surroundings to ensure the fire would not reach us and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Loz handled this situation professionally and calmly, which resulted in the group feeling reassured.
I am incredibly happy and fortunate to have been able to experience this tour. Every single day was as good as the day previously. The value for money is incredible, so many activities are included(more than I had expected), so many additional activities (additional cost) were also suggested which I wouldn't have done otherwise.
We had so many modes of transports: ferries, sleeper train, minivan, long boat, speedboats etc
Activities: Elephant Sanctuary, Jungle Ziplining, Snorkeling, Boat Trips, Hiking, Longboat Tour, Temple tours and so many more

Had the best time, I tried things I would never have done without the tour. All the accommodation was amazing and well located. Our tour leader looked after us and arranged everything so each day was packed with activities. I will definitely be doing another intro tour in the future :)

My favorite activities was surfing, doing activities that I normally wouldn’t do solo and snorkelling. My favorite accommodation was staying at abdi in Gili t because it was right beside the ferry and by the beach.

Had a great time and met some lovely people. Group leader was amazing and answered any questions I had. Would fully recommend to anyone!!

My favourite accommodation is gili. I loved gili as it has the best atmosphere and is nice and chilled. Favourite activity was the surfing and doing the optional activity of diving on gili T. I found it easy to come with the company, easy from the beginning to come to the first accommodation with the transfers. It’s great for those who haven’t travelled before as everything is sorted for you

Just finished the 9 days Bali Intro tour and it was absolutely incredible. I’ve been able to see a lot in such a short amount of time, met amazing people and also learned a lot. Rachel was the sweetest, most caring and helpful group leader. Memories for a lifetime:)

I would recommend it to a friend travelling with this company. My favorite accommodation is Gili as its right by the beach and nice and clean. My favorite activity was dolphins, Balinese family visit and snorkelling day on Gili around the islands.

A very exciting experience. Even if you can only travel for the 9 days it is worth it to see the world this way. Our tour guide Andri was very welcoming and took the stress off of how to get from place to place and to instead just enjoy the journey. Bali was very beautiful and there is much to learn about the culture and life experiences that come from there. You make so many great connections with others that all want the same thing out of the trip and the feeling of that is beautiful. You get to see the culture and adventure of a new part of the world without the stress having to plan it all yourself.

This tour was fantastic. The tour guide Andri was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to talk to Andri and he was able to relate to all of the people on the tour. All of the accommodations were excellent, especially the private villa. This was a great way to make new friends while travelling and provided us with amazing unique experiences. I would definitely recommend this tour to solo travellers and to those travelling in groups. Some highlights were Gili island, Ubud monkey forest, and snorkelling.

I had Bali Experience for 15 days with Intro Travel and Have Hendri as my group leader, I had the best 15 days in Bali and Beyond! All very organized and I feel stress free while I travel with Hendri as he keeps everyone informed, always there to help and also answer all my questions about bali and Indonesia in general!
in 15 days I feel like I saw the best part of Bali, gili islands and also Nusa Lembongan, saw dolphins, turtles, even a shark when we enjoyed the sunset in nusa lembongan! can’t wait to do another tour!!!

This tour was really good! Would definitely recommend! We got to do a lot of different things like, hiking, shopping, cooking class, surfing and see many attractions. Hendri is a good tour leader, his knowledge about Bali and Indonesia in general is so good, also we have a couple of good nights out in Gili T, full moon party was awesome, pub crawl and Gili T is defo a paradise! Also Homestay visit in North of bali is one of the best authentic experience I’ve had while i’m in Bali. See the family and how they do to make a living is amazing

Had an amazing time , couldn’t recommend my trip enough . My tour guide Racheal really went above and beyond was so helpful and full of helpful tips and recommendations to make sure you got the most out of your time here . See some beautiful places and made some amazing friends along the way

My favourite accommodation was in nusa as it feels like real Bali on the beach and nice and chilled. My favourite activities was the monkey forest and dolphin trip and swimming with the turtles. I would recommend it to a friend
