INTRO have done a great job with introducing and giving the best time in Japan. They have created a very good blend of scenery, city, and culture. The itinerary also allows you to enjoy the offerings of the tour combined with having enough free time to explore the places we're in.

The amount of time spent in each place was ideal as it allows you to really immerse yourself and do most things without being rushed. This was especially the case with Kyoto. By being there for 3 nights, we explore all the main attractions that were part of the tour as well as additional things such as a tea ceremony individually.

Another favourite of mine was seeing the snow monkeys and we were lucky enough to see them in the hot springs 🙂 !

Our tour leader, Nathan, was organised, knowledgeable and great company all the time. Definitely would recommend INTRO and doing a tour with Nathan.

IntroTravel took all the stress out of organising my traveling experience. They helped organise my flights, finances, visa. When arriving in Australia the team picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hostel to meet the other travellers who booked through Intro. For the next 2 weeks we were taken on amazing days & nights out in Sydney & around New South Wales. Booking with Intro Travel took some of the stress out of meeting new people & making friends as we were already together in a big group.

Overall intro provided me with an amazing 2 week experience and helped me set up for my future travels from there. Definitely recommend.

Couldn't recommend Intro Travel any more! I first used them when I went solo travelling to Oz 2 and a half years ago, and picked the company by pure chance, but it turned out to be the best decision. The daunting element of going away on your own was completely taken away the second we were picked up from the airport. They helped set us all up with absolutely everything we needed (visas, tax codes, bank accounts etc) and all the activities they had planned kept us super busy everyday. It was THE best way to see Sydney before moving onwards, which they also gave us loads of information and support on. I then used Intro Travel for my Bali trip as I loved it that much.

Our tour guides were Tom and Colin and they absolutely smashed it!! Thanks for being our parents for the week.

Would definitely recommend intro travel for anyone travelling solo. I went with oz intro as i was travelling to australia on my own and was one of the best weeks, met wicked people i’m friends with now over a year later here in aus. My tour guide Tom was wicked👏🏻 would deffo try intro travel again in another country!! Ive already got a deposit down for bali intro ready for when the boarders open up again and things are back to normal. Intro travel respond really quickly too i had about 1000000 questions before flying solo and they were so supportive!

For me it was the first time going to Asia. Both Vietnam and Cambodia surprised me on so many levels! The group and group leaders were amazing people, which made the experience even better. The activities were great and it was the best way to get to know the country and each other. Everything was well organized, we didn't lose any time with waiting and everything was taken care of, so we could enjoy every minute to the fullest!! In the near future I would definitely book another tour with Intro Travel!

When I came to Australia I’d already done a couple of intro tours in previous years and so had high hopes for the Australia tour. I’m so happy to say it met all my expectations and more! Loved the itinerary with my favourite part being sailing around the harbour on a beautiful catamaran and also spending the day at the beaches in Sydney having a bbq and the amazing coastal walk. I was taken care of from the second I landed and anything I needed the help was always available. Would definitely do it again next time I go to Australia!

Where do I start? My time with Intro in Australia was just fabulous to say the least. I was a little nervous about travelling to Australia but everything was taken care of for me. I was greeted at the airport which relaxed me straight away. I was able to meet an amazing group of people and had such a great time. The activities were awesome! Sailing around the harbour on a private catamaran, zipping around the harbour on a jet boat. Seeing the world famous Bondi beach. My favourite part had to be going to Port Stephens, it felt like such an Australian experience I could never imagine. After the tour my leader Tom helped me sort all my travels out and I’m still in contact with him for any help I need to this day!

Thank you so much Sam you were an amazing tour leader! I had the best time and would highly recommend this trip to everyone! It was completely unforgettable! 💕 We went to some of the most amazing and beautiful places and every day was different. You could really get a feel for the history of all the places we visited and we had people local to the places we were visiting show us around! I did this trip solo and have made some lifelong friends all over the world as a result! I’m hoping to go on another trip with Intro soon!

I went on this t incredible tour of Japan in January. This was my 4th Intro Tour and certainly won’t be my last. Everything about this tour was amazing, Japan just blew my mind!!! We did so much in such a short space of time, all the accommodation was FAB and we had a lot of very tasty food. Nathan our group leader really made the tour for us and showed us Japn in the best possible way! He is so hardworking, very knowledgable, has bags of energy, always makes you smile and is dedicated to his job! He is a really asset to Intro. This tour is a MUST and is extremely good value for money, I’m so sad to leave!

This tour is literally what set us up for life in aus. They take care of your visa, Medicare, tax file number, bank account, mobile phone/ oz number, help with jobs, cv, onward travel after the tour. Literally everything you need to get set up for a life here. Our intro leader was Tom and he is literally amazing at what he does. We were clueless about what to do after intro but he sits down with you and helps you get a plan together. Anytime you need intro for advice or help you literally just email or call them, or go to the office and you’re always greeted by a friendly face and WiFi! They collect your post for you too. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough to anyone wanting to come to Australia. Oz Intro gives you a sense of security and a ‘base’. You’ll also meet friends for life on the tour and new people to continue travelling with, which I found a massive benefit rather then travelling solo as a young woman. The trips on the tour are just unforgettable. Every single day is an adventure. Cannot recommend this enough! I’ve done 2 of their tours now and wouldn’t use another company! Shoutout to Tom for being the best tour leader and pal!! 😊😊
