Thank you so much Sam you were an amazing tour leader! I had the best time and would highly recommend this trip to everyone! It was completely unforgettable! 💕 We went to some of the most amazing and beautiful places and every day was different. You could really get a feel for the history of all the places we visited and we had people local to the places we were visiting show us around! I did this trip solo and have made some lifelong friends all over the world as a result! I’m hoping to go on another trip with Intro soon!

I went on this t incredible tour of Japan in January. This was my 4th Intro Tour and certainly won’t be my last. Everything about this tour was amazing, Japan just blew my mind!!! We did so much in such a short space of time, all the accommodation was FAB and we had a lot of very tasty food. Nathan our group leader really made the tour for us and showed us Japn in the best possible way! He is so hardworking, very knowledgable, has bags of energy, always makes you smile and is dedicated to his job! He is a really asset to Intro. This tour is a MUST and is extremely good value for money, I’m so sad to leave!

This tour is literally what set us up for life in aus. They take care of your visa, Medicare, tax file number, bank account, mobile phone/ oz number, help with jobs, cv, onward travel after the tour. Literally everything you need to get set up for a life here. Our intro leader was Tom and he is literally amazing at what he does. We were clueless about what to do after intro but he sits down with you and helps you get a plan together. Anytime you need intro for advice or help you literally just email or call them, or go to the office and you’re always greeted by a friendly face and WiFi! They collect your post for you too. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough to anyone wanting to come to Australia. Oz Intro gives you a sense of security and a ‘base’. You’ll also meet friends for life on the tour and new people to continue travelling with, which I found a massive benefit rather then travelling solo as a young woman. The trips on the tour are just unforgettable. Every single day is an adventure. Cannot recommend this enough! I’ve done 2 of their tours now and wouldn’t use another company! Shoutout to Tom for being the best tour leader and pal!! 😊😊

I have been on Intro trips to Thailand, Japan, Bali and Sri Lanka - all have been absolutely incredible. The leaders have been knowledgable, super fun and are an asset to the company. The accomodation is stunning (I did experience trips, apart from Japan but the accomodation was still amazing!), you get lots included and see a lot in a short space of time. I have recommended the company to countless friends who have also used intro and loved it as much as I have! I can't wait to go on another tour with them.

I can't recommend Intro Travel enough when travelling through Asia. With all of the accommodation, transport and activities included in the price, this is the perfect tour for anyone looking to explore and meet life long friends. They have perfected the top places to visit with my favourite being the Freedom Island in Ha Long Bay. There is a perfect balance of culture, nightlife and relaxing. The tour is stress free throughout knowing that everything is arranged for me and the tour leaders are great at keeping us informed and safe as well as having great local knowledge of the culture and history of all of the locations on the trip. I will definitely booking more tours with Intro in the future!

My experience travelling with Intro Travel in Sri Lanka was absolutely incredible!

The trip met all of my expectations as far as accommodation and transport which were all of great standard and very comfortable. My group leader was very knowledgeable and clearly showed a passion for travel and showing people a great time while experiencing a country to its fullest. The contrast from the first half of the trip being adventurous and off the beaten path while travelling throughout the central area of the country, to the beautiful palm tree beaches and true relaxing holiday vibes of the second half truly made for my ideal holiday away.

Intro Travel was very helpful virtually about all of my pre trip inquiries and my group leader always went above and beyond for all group members throughout the trip. This truly was a fantastic experience

After doing Thailand with Intro in 2017 and wanting to do a tour in Japan, I knew there was only one company who I would want to tour Japan with and that was Intro. They didn’t let me down and surpassed my expectations AGAIN.

Doing my research on Japan, there were a few things I really wanted to see which the tour included such as going to Osaka and exploring the highlights in Tokyo, however, once again Intro have a way of including places, activities, sights that I would of never done myself and I’m grateful they’ve included in the tour! Going to a Sushi Making class and learning about buddhism in Koyan are a couple of the many things I wouldn’t have done and I’m glad I’ve done.

Personal highlights of mine would include seeing the snow monkeys in Nagano which was incredible and the samurai class where I got to cut a tatami mat with a 400 year old samurai sword whilst learning about the samurai!!

The tour is a great mix of places and the way our time is arranged daily. We get to experience a blend of the buzzing, lit up cities of Osaka and Tokyo to the natural sides of Japan in Nagano and Japan’s spirituality in Koyasan. Intro have also definitely thought about maximising our time in places by providing a great mix of free time with recommendations and activities.

This is my third Intro tour, and it just never disappoints. Always have the best time! Adam and Nathan were amazing tour leaders, making everything run smoothly, as well as being very knowledgable and keeping the group together. I loved every part of it, we visited the best of Japan’s cities, including Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, but my favorite was definitely being up in the mountains seeing the monkeys in Nagano! The sushi making class was also a lot of fun! This trip was amazing, and definitely my fav Intro tour so far. Can’t wait for my next.

I’d recommend the whole thing. It’s a really good way of introducing yourself to Australia without any stress. The activities are also really fun and really well planned. You fit a lot of fun into a short amount of time. They then help you plan the rest of your travels so you don’t have to worry about it. The staff are all really friendly and very helpful. It is probably one of the best ways to start your time in Australia if you are unsure of anything. Great for couples, friends and solo travelers.

Upon moving solo to Sydney I was extremely nervous and wasn’t too sure what to expect, but joining the Oz Intro group was the best decision I could have made! The team couldn’t have looked after me anymore, they helped set me up with everything I needed to start my new life overseas whilst having the best time with all the activities and trips throughout the week. I couldn’t recommend them enough and shout out to Lucas as I was in his first group and he smashed it! A must do when moving to Australia!
