Had the best time in Thailand with Jess as our group leader. Everything was well organised and planned out whilst still being fun. Perfect combination of a party and adventure holiday. Even the longer travel days don’t feel as bad as you imagine. Jess made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning and was always checking in too make sure everyone was okay and enjoying themselves. Have such high expectation for the other tours and will definitely be using intro travel for any future travelling. Hoping all the leaders are as amazing as Jess. Got on with everyone in my group from day 1 and had the best holiday with them all and made a lot of life long friends and will hopefully keep in touch with everyone.

We have just completed the 12 day Thaintro with Jess and had the time of our lifes. I also done the same trip last year and the experience I have had this time round has been so much better. The trip is great value for money and takes you to all the best places. Jess is the most caring and enthusiastic leader, she kept us all safe while making us laugh all day every day. She is a star and I know our entire group of 22 love her to bits.
One of the highlights for me was the boat day in Phi Phi where we were jumping in the sea, Kayaking, sunbathing, swimming with plankton and then headed out for drinks after. The nights out we all had were so much fun and we always felt safe and looked after. We also got lots of free time which was nice. 10/10 trip and 10/10 leader.

Just finished the 15 day Bali experience tour, my first group tour and it exceeded all expectations. It was very well organised and everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. The company were very helpful with information both before and during the tour. The activities were all amazing, from the boat trip to see dolphins to snorkeling and volcano hiking for sunrise. The homestay in Lovina was an amazing experience and so lovely to meet the locals who have such a wonderful relationship with the tour leaders.
Craig was our group leader who was there personally to pick us up from the airport and introduce himself. He was so knowledgeable about the country and culture, I learned more about Bali itself than I was expecting and even some basic balinese phrases. He always looked after everyone on the tour, checking we had no problems or concerns at any stage. Craig was great fun and made the trip a very memorable one!
I'll definitely be booking more trips with Intro in the future

Being my first group tour I wasn’t sure what to expect but from start to finish the tour ran seamlessly and exceeded expectations in all aspects.
Our group leader Craig was constantly making sure everyone was okay and welcomed us into the group amazingly, he always had such a happy and fun energy and did everything to make sure we were having the best time possible.
He was also very knowledgable about Bali and was passionate about teaching us all about the culture of the country which was really nice.
The tour was very well organised included incredible activities. My personal faves were snorkelling, scuba diving, surfing and Mount Batur volcano trek where you got to see an amazing sunrise.
I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to fully immerse themselves into the country and also meet some amazing people.
This tour started me off for my 6 month trip perfectly and I’m so glad I started off with this, Craig also helped me with my plans after the tour and gave me contacts to help me out on my onwards travel!

My 15 day Bali experience trip was a truly amazing journey. Was a little skeptical of booking a group trip but it turned out to be a really awesome time. The activities were all super fun but the best one had to be swimming with the manta rays in Nusa Lembongan. Accommodation was spot on at all the different places we went and the food was just incredible at every stop. Traveled here solo and met a whole bunch of awesome people which made the time here in Bali even better. Our group leader Craig did a really awesome job of bringing everybody together and ran a really nice trip. He has a really strong passion for his job and does everything possible to make sure everybody is enjoying it. Loved everything about this trip and looking forward to doing another one soon!

Fab trip, this is my 4th trip with Intro and probably my favourite.
Amazing experiences and an amazing guide.
Would definitely recommend to everyone for solo travellers and groups. The guide is fab at making everyone feel part of the group. Loved the food recommendations, the different options in restaurants and included breakfasts made life much easier. The local guides also added to the tour, making it much easier to learn about Sri Lanka and its unique culture. The morning spent with the monks in the monastery was amazing and something I would never be able to experience out with the tour. Cannnot wait to hear about future intro trips as I find intro Travel my favourite travel company. Lyndsay has been an awesome guide, patience of a saint.

Bangkok to chiang mai it’s got culture, party and the beauty of Thailand all rolled into one. Phi phi is beautiful and you get to see the infamous beach on the most amazing boat trip. You see the plankton and we even saw the Milky Way as the sky was so clear. I can happily say that I have made friends for life including Ben and would jump in a heart beat to do this all again. Intro travel really do know how to put on a outstanding trip and make your time feel filled yet relaxed at the same time. Could not put my finger on a favourite day as there are too many to count!

This was my second tour I have done and by far the best! Not only did I have an amazing group but also an amazing leader - Ben, who made the trip so relaxing, organized and fun. Previously I had been to Bali, not with a tour, and fell in love with the country but after seeing Thailand in all its beauty I have changed my mind and I will definitely be returning. The itinerary for the tour allowed us to see so many different aspects from cultural to the party life of Thailand. The food was amazing everywhere we went. Most places offered a western option just incase Thai food wasn’t your thing. All the local tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and friendly. Intro have been amazing and I’m my opinion the value for money is so good. Just want to say a huge thank you to our tour guide Ben for looking after us and giving us the most memorable experience. I have already put a deposit down towards my next intro travel group!

The overall tour was amazing! My tour leader was Ben and he was insane, made sure we were all involved 24/7 having the most fun we can. So many small bits included that go unotticed, even cab journeys or snacks along the way, it truely was insane!
