Went to Thailand with intro on the 12 day. Had such an amazing time! Went to some amazing places that I will never forget. From visiting the temples in Bangkok, seeing elephants in the wild in Khao Sok National Park, and making traditional Thai dishes.
Kyle, our group leader was the best! Very welcoming, always made sure we were having a good time & was happy to help with anything.
I was nervous with travelling with celiac disease but had no issues with the restaurants that we were taken to.
Would highly recommend intro travel to anyone.

El tour Thai experience fue increíble, los lugares que visitamos son maravillosos, así como el hospedaje, lo que más me gusto fue la noche en los bungalows flotantes, pero no se queda atrás la noche en el tren y el último día cuando fuimos con los elefantes a darles de comer (preparamos la comida) y también los bañamos, las noches de fiesta nunca faltaron. Pol Porta nuestro guía nos trató excelente, aun después de terminado el viaje nos apoyó con toda la información para el regreso de Phuket a Bangkok.

Realmente la experiencia fue maravillosa, desde los medios de transporte hasta el hospedaje y alimentos incluidos, todas las actividades estuvieron en tiempo y forma, lo que más me gustó fue ir a la Reserva Natural de Elefantes en Phuket, fue muy gratificante haber colaborado un poco con sus cuidadores y darme cuenta de la responsabilidad tan grande de cuidarlos y sobre todo su entorno. Y agradezco a mi group leader Pol, porque siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros con excelente actitud y siempre con sonrisa en la cara!!

El tour fue extraordinario, los sitios visitados increíbles , el hospedaje, las comidas, el guia del grupo y el ambiente fueron excelentes. Totalmente recomendable 👍🏼 La experiencia con elefantes fue fantástica, es un santuario donde cuidan de ellos y es muy bonito contribuir por unas horas para cuidarlos. Los lugares visitados son increíbles por las vistas, los diferentes lugares donde nos hospedan y la comida para vivir la experiencia completa de Tailandia. El líder del grupo nos cuidó en todo momento y es un chico fantástico

Participating in the Intro Travel: Thailand Intro 12 day tour was one of the best experiences of my life. Kyle, our group leader was knowledgeable, so kind and the most fun person to experience such an incredible place with. The trip had the perfect amount of down time with exploring several different spots in Thailand and doing so many fun activities like a cooking class, Muay Thai Boxing and sightseeing. Some of the activities we did on the trip like going to Khao Sok National Park simply wouldn't have been possible without Intro Travel. Also, I have a food allergy and being part of this tour made me feel like I was taken care of the entire time, which can be scary in a different country. I am so grateful for the experience I had, would recommend it to anyone who asked and can't wait for my future trips with Intro Travel.

Did the Thai Experience with Pol as our group leader.

I had the experience of a life time and felt safe and happy the entire time. Saw some incredible places, did things I’d never done before and met some wonderful people along the way.

Was supported with my onward solo travel and any issues that came up along the trip were solved.

Highly recommend if you are travelling alone or in a pair and want to easily meet others doing the same, or if you just want to make sure you don’t miss any of the best bits of your chosen destination.

I’ll be using Intro again to explore other places for sure!

I highly recommend anyone who is slightly considering a trip abroad to go through Intro travel. While the itinerary speaks for itself, my group leader (Lauren Barrington) was so helpful in getting around on our free time, giving us recommendations for food and activities. She also made sure to create a safe environment for anyone nervous about traveling alone while helping us to bond as a group and create lifelong memories and friendships. I cannot recommend booking a trip with Intro enough! I will definitely be traveling with this company again.

Thailand intro tour 12 day… amazing trip organised super well! All activities were well thought out and Loz was a wonderful group leader, she was v supportive if anyone had any issues, and super calm the whole time. The group was amazing made lots of friends, and Loz made everyone comfortable from day 1 (including keeping in touch and sorting out my airport pick up when my flights were super delayed)! Would recommend to anyone thinking of travelling to a new country wanting to have no holiday planning stress and make lots of friends…! Love from Nancy

Best 12 days ever!! Just finished my Thailand tour with the amazing Loz! Everything was so well planned and such a good mix of different activities which I would have never considered doing if I wasn’t on the tour or been able to sort myself - loved trying everything. Nothing was ever too much work for Loz and she’d happily go out of her way to make this the best trip for us all, felt more like I was travelling with a (very!!) well knowledgeable friend than a tour guide. Felt so so safe and would deffo be up for doing a solo tour if my friends weren’t up for going again! Also was a big bonus that our group got on so well, have made such good friends and had the best time ever. Would 10000000% recommend and will be doing another intro tour as soon as I can.

I have enjoyed my time in Thailand with Intro travel. Everything was exceptionally well planned; I have even put a deposit down for another trip with Intro travel. The group got along brilliantly. Loz, our group leader, was excellent, was laid back, and was organised! ! Can’t fault anything! ! Would definitely recommend it. I wouldn't have been able to do half of these things without intro and loz, as it was clear that a lot of planning had gone into the trip! !! Again can't recommend the trip enough! !
